I haven't posted in a long time but I am always so inspired when I see all the wonderful results here! I've been coasting at the same weight (plus/minus 2 lbs) for months and am ready to re-commit! Thank you so much to everyone for sharing their success! I just started low-carbing a week ago and am already down 6 pounds! Wow, I feel a million times better. My thoughts are clearer; I'm sleeping better and I'm never hungry.
Seeing all of your progress is so inspiring to me. I promise to post some pics when I have made some visible progress. |

Karyzma....You've done GREAT!!! Super job!!! How tall are you? I noticed, too, in the 160s....loss seems to just crawlllllll along...forever! But each lb counts no matter how long it takes to get it off!

Here are mine...
I started LC in August. I have 4 children and my youngest was born in May. I have lost 25 since August. The before pic was taken when my baby was 1 month old and the in progress was taken a few minutes ago. I have about 20 more lbs I wanna lose, so hopefully by next summer I can wear a bikini. Thanks for letting me share.
