Most clothing lines I am a 2 in, but I have a few 4's here and there. Yes, I do have a lot of muscle. I work out 6-7 days a week, and my body fat is 15%. You can do it too! If I can, trust me, anyone can.

I am 25-30 lbs away from my goal with an estimated 40 lbs worth of excess skin that needs to be removed. You look good in a 2 (really good!!!), but I wouldn't... I have a large frame, you can already feel my ribs and hip bones and even when I was 11/12 years old and like 5'5" I was a size 14 at my smallest and my tummy was flat. I have always had a lot of muscle only now I have more muscle then I did before. I am 5'8" now and my doctor told me not to get under 215-220 or I would be too thin. My scale with the electron stuff in it that measures bone density, muscle mass, water weight and body fat agrees and says between 217 and 220. I have noticed as I am losing weight that I am wearing about 4 sizes smaller clothing then I did at these weights before because of having more muscle and the extra skin. I have to wear bigger sizes to cover the skin too... it is annoying! I go to the gym between 4-6 times a week and workout at home too. I am kinda mad right now though because one of the personal trainers told me I was pushing myself too hard.... but I want to do more, not less.... grrrrrrrrr!!! I suppose I should listen to him though cause the treadmill is making me dizzy when I get off it, not while I am on it, just when I get off it. He was shocked when I told him I have lost 242 lbs, then open my phone and show my before pic and watch his jaw drop, I never get tired of that reaction. It makes me want to get back on the treadmill another 40 minutes. lol

I've been back at the gym since Sept. 2009 and completed my first official 5k on 9/25/10. I have PCOS and recently stopped eating Soy.

The purple shirt was what I wore at 525 lbs. The white shirt was a 6x and what I was wearing last summer at 396 lbs. The black shirt is more current but getting baggy. That is a full size bed just for reference on how big that purple shirt is... it's a 9x men's...

This is me wearing the black shirt a couple months ago:

This is the picture I look at when I feel like I want a cookie:

This was about 25 lbs ago on the right:

A couple months ago, happy that a 2x top fit:

This was in a size 26 pant (now in 20/22, I started with a 90" belly...):

And the most current before and after that I already posted, but what the heck while I am spamming pics, I will post it again. lol

I love this thread. It always makes me a little emotional but I still love it. The transformations here really inspire me to keep on pushing, especially when times get rough. I'm such a visual person that these before and afters are bigger help than a lot of folks realize. Just seeing first hand that it can be done and there is a pot of gold at the end of the LC rainbow. Okay that last sentence was corny but you guys know what I mean LOL

Thank you so much for sharing your stories and progress you all look FANTASTIC!!!!

Yeah - I really, REALLY still looked pregnant (and my youngest was almost 4). I will probably need skin surgery, but that's what 330 and a 12 pound kid will do to you. Doing a lot of stomach work in the pool, too. Oh and body brushing.

Use Photobucket.com. It's the easiest and its free. You just upload pics from your computer onto Photobucket, then just click on the IMG code and paste it in a reply on the thread.

Hope this helps!

Can also link them from facebook if you copy the link right so it just gets image location and doesn't link us to your whole profile then put a img tag at the front and back like [ img] link in the middle [/img ] only without the spaces.

I think the first picture is from the late 90s, so it's over 10 years ago. Knocking on the door of Club 33 in Disneyland. The skin tone really strikes me, from pasty/flushed Seattleite to a healthy sunscreen-free Florida tan.

CJ, your skin and complexion is so lovely. I notice that in all your pics. I am not sure if it was more hidden in your before photos (your hair is a bit different), but you are absolutely glowing.

Thank you! I am lots happier now, feel better and I have been told several times that I look much younger now. I am 28+4 (you do the math cause I don't want to!!) and several people have thought I was 26/27, but most say late 20's early 30's. The thing that makes me mad is I get a lot of 50's/60's guys trying to hit on me.... it was like, in a way it was kinda flattering but also annoying cause it made me think that either I looked way older then I am or they thought I was desperate. It was kinda making me feel bad for awhile then I had a few guys closer to my own age hit on me so then I felt better. lol

No matter what age guys hit on me, I am flattered always. I think...."glad I could make their day a little brighter." :-)

Sometimes 70 and 80 yr old men will flirt..but they are very sweet (not smarmy). I don't mind it at all...it's always good when anybody thinks one is pretty.

I am 35. This is my best year yet.
