You look smaller then a 10-12! You look great! What size did you start off at?

Your old body shape is close to what mine is now. I've never been lower then a size 17-18. I always wonder what I would look like any smaller. This is a such wonderful, inspirational motivation!

Vicki, I can't tell you how many people have told me I look younger. Losing weight takes years off of us!!

MissG, thank you. I was in a 22/24, and I had to squeeze in them and be uncomfortable. I'm currently in a 14. I'm tall, so, I think that is probably why I may look like I'm in a smaller size. Last time I was in a 12, I weighed 190 pounds believe it or not.

This is a before and current (still working on it) but what better way to see progress than to compare passport photos? The one on the left is from today; the one on the right was taken in July of '07, a few months before my wedding.

You guys are all doing great - so inspirational, keep it up!

Ahh the before in 1997 at around 350 -370

and now at 220 in 2010

Dave you hardly look like the same person. Definately a hottie in both pics though. You have really changed your looks and your health. Im sure your family is happy your going to be around alot longer

thank you and you are right....when I created a Facebook page my classmates said the same thing....weight puts years on you and sometimes can make a person "unrecognizable" to those who knew them from way back when

thanks you and yes they are happy...although they still think I am "weird" due to the way eat and they've been around me from the beginning of the weight loss. Sometimes I think people who do not eat LC think we(us lC'ers) are from another planet
