You all look great! Here's my best effort at it:

This is about 2-3 months into it. I had already lost about 26 lbs.

This is a month ago, at about 172lbs. I can't get the sizing right, sorry.

I am at about 167 right now and trying to get into the 150's. My original goal was to be a size 10, which I am now, sometimes. I want to be in all 10's, so I am still at it.

has always been hard and disappointing.. and day after day of the scale
not moving causes us all to quit... your photos are PROOF that it can
work if we stay ON TRACK!!

I have to spend a couple of hours on this site every day to get it into my HEAD.. this works..for sooooooo many.. and then I know I am going
to eat right...

Also here we hear all the same struggles we have.. it is sooooo comforting and calming to all our fears (of once again the diet NOT WORKING FEELING WE ALL GET).
