I am sitting here crying my eyes out! Ive not been able to get under
220lbs. for thirteen years. I Did lose 50lbs. a couple years ago on Atkins,
bringing me down to 220 but couldnt stay motivated to stay on it, and gained 25 back. I started induction again on the first this year, and have lost ten pounds. But only because I found yall and saw all your successes!

I found my size 18's I was wearing when I started LC in June 2005. I do not have a before pic in them, but I wanted to share my after pic in them.

Taken Jan. 23, 2006 (143 lbs.) After losing 48 lbs. since start date.

I couldn't believe it!!

Here are some of my before and afters...

With DH April 2005 (195 lbs.)

With my FIL at Brickyard 400 Aug. 2005 (178 lbs.)

With DF (I'm shortie in green) Nov. 2005 (150 lbs.)
