Ok Miss CYNApple......you go girl!!!!

I went from 196 to 155 about 1 1/2 years ago...Now I'm back up to 161 and back in the gym and back on Low Carb hardcore...You and so many others are my inspiration to do it right and keep doing it right! I just spent the past 24 hours viewing all 15 pages. And I'm just so amazed!!!! I only want to get down to 130 (120 max), but I've have become very lazy this year. But now that I actually know how to browse this site I can find the support so easily.....

Got up at 4am to go to the gym...NOW I'M ON THE ROAD...

Will post pics as soon as possible.

Okay... I needed that..just looked over all the pages. I have been reinducting for the last week... now I remember why it is that I come to this site. You are all so incredibly inspiring. I went and tried on my goal jeans.... skin tight 10's! That is how I have always measured my inches progress. I am so mad though!!!! A whole lot of you that weigh the same as I do now...or more...look so much better than I do right now!!!!! I just had a picture taken by a family member and OMG!!!! talk about a wake up call!!!!! One of these days I will post it with the "after" of me in the goal jeans!!!! Thank you all for sharing your successes.....

Have never posted pics here, but stumbled across some 'befores' putting away the Christmas stuff, thought I'd share. I'm only 4'10" and these are at my highest around 165 inbetween kids. Stayed that way for about 5 years then lowfat starved down to 135 in '99, until another Girl Scout mom turned me onto Atkins in '03. I thank her every day!

After: Black dress was '04, pink sweater last month.

Have maintained 110-114 (up and down a bit) since '03. Went from a very tight 12 petite, to an 8 (sorry no 'middle' pic, couldn't find one) to my current 2. I'm now 43 and NOT going to waste another decade of my life being too heavy!
Hope this motivates another petite person that it can be done no matter how short you are!
Thanks for all the inspiration here over the years ladies, I still come here every day! Good luck in '06!

Me at my highest - 240 lbs. Taken same day as before avatar pic:

Me at start weight - last Feb at 225 lbs

And because I love it, my Callanetics progress pic - me after 20 hours of Callanetics!

Still have work to do on my body and about 10 or so lbs to lose but I feel fabulous already!
