SugarDoll, I thought your After picture looked familiar when I saw it, but now that I've seen your Before pic I remember why. I saw your transformation in a magazine but can't remember where? What was it?? Your story and photos are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for your beginners guide and your story posted. It has been over one year since I tried Atkins and I hope this time around I do much better. One thing I was just reminded about was not to have any nuts or seeds with induction. I just ate some nuts today but will do better tomorrow.

Wow!! I'm a SB newbie and I came to this thread to get some motivation....you guys all look fantastic!! How did everyone get so toned? I've lost 35 lbs over the past year or so (various methods), but am so flabby!!! What is everyone doing to get those tight abs??? Hopefully, I'll be able to post before/after pics in a few months!
