Ami, your before and after pictures are astonishing! You look so fantastic. I noticed on your personal information that you are using "My LC Plan". Are you using a modified version of Atkins'? Or are you using a different LC plan?
Whatever you are doing is certainly working for you. I hope you had a Happy Birthday!

Thanks everyone!

Janice, I never did induction, just lowered my carbs, basically following atkins but with a few low carb tortillas here and there. I use fitday daily everyday no matter what, keep my calories under 1500. I just didn't want to be bashed for not doing atkins 'by the book' so I don't claim that I am. I picked a plan I could live with. I kept carbs under 30g for the most part until recently.

I stumbled across this thread quite accidentally.....but had to stop and take the time to look at it when I found it......WOW!!!!!!!!!

The thing that always amazes me when I see befores and afters is #1 how much younger people look....it's amazing....that is one of the biggest compliments I get from people is that I look younger. And #2 the before pics often have no smiles attached and the afters have this great big Kool Aide grin (ear to ear).......it simply AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

tummy's not flat. there is a bit of a lump of muscle right there and the loose skin that drapes over it.
