I must add that I have examined Kimmer's posts and FitDay for a long time, and I have concluded that she is either a very good fiction writer, or is telling the truth. If she is writing fiction, her research is very detailed and fastidious, much more than warranted by anyone just wanting to dupe a whole bunch of strangers on the 'Net.

I think Kimmer is telling the truth, and I think her advice is generally very good. I do, however, have a problem with everyone wanting to lose weight the EXACT way that Kimmer did. Even Kimmer would say this is not advisable. What works for some does not work for all.

Yup I can't even beleive how some people reacted to them! Kimmer did an amazing job!

While Kimmers way might not work for me or everyone I think she is very truthful honest and upfront and full of good advice!
