yes - in moderation.
I wait until the end of the day - once I've had all of my water - and treat myself to one with dinner ![]() |

I drink them as much as I want. Made with Splenda instead of Aspartame so no insulin reaction or cravings. Also no caffeine if you are avoiding that. My usual beverage with dinner now. The cola is very good.

The cola? Really? I've never tried it - people have told me it's not good.
Maybe I'll pick up a 2 liter and try it ![]() |

I think that without the caffeine the cola is less bitter than Diet Coke or Pepsi. Lets more "cola" taste get through. It is a bit sweet so Pepsi drinkers may like it better than Coke drinkers.
The white grape is OK, different but OK. I found the Tangerine ONCE and it was very good but now the store does not have it. ![]() |

Raspberry DR and vodka is now my occasional drink of choice. Not bad, esp with a squeeze of lemon. Not for induction of course... I have to say, though, the Diet Rite cola just desn't do for me what caff-free diet coke does. Splenda tastes better than aspertame, so why doesn't Diet Rite taste better than other diet sodas? To me it doesn't at all!! I'd say there is a big market out there for spenda-sweetened sodas that taste good. I don't think Diet Rite or Hansons Diet Sodas cut it.

For me, it's several times a week as a treat. So far we've found the regular cola flavor, white grape, red raspberry and tangerine....all were good, but the tangerine is my favorite.
For anyone who can get it in their area, Waist Watchers is also very good, and is sweetend w/ splenda. I just stocked up on some today that I got from a local country store. They had the standard cola, orange, gingerale, rootbeer....and today they had quite a few newer flavors that we've never tried before.....black cherry, cream soda, raspberry gingerale, and citrus crush, which I'm drinking w/ my lunch at the moment, and it reminds me of that oldie, Fresca!

I love Diet Rite and drink it whenever I want a soda, which is not real often. I love all their flavors but especially the Cola and Tangerine. I do not like the diet Hansons at all. Yuck! Too much carbonation in them or something. I wish Stewart's would start sweetening their diet drinks with Splenda instead of Aspartame. I LOVE their orange drink.

Definitely! When I was a "regular" soda drinker I couldn't stop with just one! I don't know if it was the sugar or caffene but I drank one after another. With Diet Rite I hardly ever finish a full can.

Sequim...
Do you have a walmart near by? They carry the DietRite 2 liters for .98 cents. and they had the tangerine, white grape, and cola flavors.

WalMarts are scarce around here except in the outlaying (more rural) suburbs. Target sort of dominates the core Twin Cites (their home base). I think the closest WalMart is in Hastings MN, about a 20 minute drive. Next time I pass thru there I'll check it out.
Cola and White Grape I can get in 12 packs at Cub Foods ( or Rainbow where I found the Tangerine the one time). |
