I started the Wednesday thread hope I did it right.
Hello to all, hope your day is going well. I passed my stress test with flying colors!!!!Thank the Lord!!!! I was trying to use the smileys with no luck sometimes it works and then I forget how I did it. Well I dropped another pound today I don't know why it is working this fast this week but I'll take it. when I was at the doc's yest no negative remark about this diet , he was impressed that I had lost 20#/8wk(now 21)My exercise program on hold until I finish all the tests they have scheduled, I hope it is soon. Hi Lindsay
How's it going? I hope you are excited enough about this WOL to keep strong and focused.
Just keep paying attention to your TAPE MEASURER instead of your scale. That will only depress you. Remember, that this is a FAT LOSS DIET not so much a WEIGHT LOSS diet. Keeping that in mind you should do very good. Today's carb intake for me is 17g. Talk with you later and keep it moving. Linda ![]() |
