Hi there!

I recently did Atkins and lost 12lbs. Then I went away to Italy and now I'm right back where I started. I'm driving my friends mad talking about diet/exercise etc so it would be nice to have someone who understands to email.
I'm a 24 year old girl from London by the way.

Did you restart with Induction level? How are you adjusting?
