New to site and Atkins.....

Hey everyone who is reading this . My name is Rena and i wil be starting Atkins tommorow. I'm 18 from CT im lookig for someone or anyone to maybe help me along, someone who has maybe been in my situation before. Thanks

Hi, Rena.

This is my first week on Atkins and I feel great.

It is tough to resist the carbs in my house since I live w/my family, but I am doing it.

And I can't have nuts/peanut butter yet.

Otherwise, I like the way I eat and I do feel alright and most importantly not huuuuuunnnnggggry.

Yeah!!!!!!!!!!
