how do I loose more weight
hello everyone this is my first timeon bourd am looking for a buddie so that we can give each other lots of support and hopefully swop ideas. Being in England there is not the variety of low carb food as in other places, (unless of course you know different). I had br. cancer three yeas ago and am fighting to keep myself fit. I started THE diet 6 weeks ago and have lost one stone but for the last few weeks have only managed to remove 2lbs of uggly flesh. Even though I do aquarobics, swimming and linedancing every week. Plus taking my dogs out for a walk. Staying the same weight for three weeks has left me feeling not so keen on the diet although i havn't broken it. Is there anyone else out there that is having the same problem. I really want to loose my weight and feel good about myself again

Dont get discouaged! everyone is different on this woe. The pounds will come off and the best thing is you feel better doing
Atkins than any other diet. as far as not having many low carb foods in England sure you do - meats veggies eggs cheese are just some of the basics -check out the recipe room for ideas! I know when I first started this woe and was still in induction - I just couldnt see my self eating just eggs and meat - or that is the way it seemed to me lol. The longer you are on this woe the more food choices you will find Dont get worried about every pound - maybe take it in mini goals it is easier to look at that way ( i know ) email me if you want - a buddy always helps Happy low carbin kekevee
