Anyone here in their early-mid 20s doing LC?

I am new to the board, I came across it a few years ago. I have recently been reading the board and I've decided to join. So here I am, been on and off with the low carb lifestyle and would like to find a friend who is the same or more steady with it who can keep me focused and more committed. I am not good at slowly reintroducing carbs back into my diet... haha this is where I could use some help!
I eat clean and work out pretty much on a daily basis...VERY little cardio though.

Hey - I'm also in my mid-twenties and go on/off low carb. It's the only diet that's ever worked for me, but its hard for me to stick with it long term. (I love cereal) I'm looking for someone to keep me on track. Let me know if you're interested.

I am the same way! Are you low carbing now? I began three days ago so I am hoping tomorrow I will be in ketosis. I actually began a little while ago but Fri. night I had cereal and Sat. I had fruit which included an apple and peanut butter anddd I also had a Hershey bar. Tomorrow I need to pick up some more fatty foods like hamburg meat and cheese... After viewing the board I've come to the conclusion that I need to increase my fat intake.

Just noticed that you are doing South Beach...I haven't tried that really...
Either way, eating low complex carbs leads to weight loss.
