New to LC Life, might need a penpal
Hi all,
Just getting started with the low-carb thing (it is in fact, day one), trying the Men's Health TNT Diet (Targeted Nutrition Tactics). Obviously low carb, but has a big weight-training aspect to it.
I figure I've probably got 40-50 lbs to lose before I'm in my ideal shape. I'm about 6'0", and sitting right around 225-230.
I've tried low carb once before (back in college I tried Atkins), but found that I had no energy for rowing and never made it over the initial hump.
I'd like to find a pen pal who's trying or has had success with making this kind of transformation. I need to do this to prove it to myself, but I might need some help.
