I mentioned DD and I were meeting my sister at a new Japanese restaurant yesterday...well, it was a ball, we talked and talked and talked...and the food was beautiful and very yummy. I still haven't updated my fitday yet. I'm pretty sure I went over my carb count because I ate a bit more sushi than I normally do...but I feel good this a.m. No puffiness! We ended up eating at the sushi bar and watched the shows at the nearby hibachi tables...those guys (the chefs) and their knife work/routines are amazing. We decided to bring the guys and my folks back and sit at the hibachi next time...fun stuff! Plans for today: lather, rinse, repeat - work, exercise and studying !! I think we're going to rent out a couple of movies, so that might be the entertainment for the evening! Sounds good to me!Food: I have a breakfast LC wrap and a spinach and shrimp salad packed and ready to go...I don't know what dinner is going to be. Hey, maybe a steak, thanks for the idea Jennifer!
