Today's Assignment

1. What is something you would like to improve upon this week? Make the goal finite and specific. Ex: "I will drink water only." or "I will add an extra 5 minutes of exercise three times this week."

Answer: I would like to workout every single day this week and thereafter! I would also like to improve on my self control and portions. AND drink more water! Yesterday I had 60oz, but I would like to try to get in more than that.

Answer: I would like to improve upon my running by increasing the amount of laps I run vs walk. I will run for 1/2 mile, then walk 1 lap, and run 1/2 mile, etc. until I rebuild my endurance

Update:

Well I did it, completed my 10 laps (2 miles) this evening and I even managed to jog 1/2 a mile .

I hope you all were able to get moving as well .

Workout For Tonight

Abs 60 @ 87lbs
Leg Extension 3 reps of 12 @ 37.5lbs
Biangular Lat Row 3 reps of 15 @ 37.5lbs
Pectorals 3 reps of 15 @ 60lbs
Deltoids 3 reps of 15 @ 48lbs
Water 77ozs
42 min on treadmill...I jogged for 5 mins....4 mins straight!!!

Definitely an accomplishment for me. I am well on my way to becoming a jogger!! I have to pop my own collar for that one!!

Just checking in for the day. I'm home sick, ate too much sodium on yesterday... think my pressure my be up a little.

What are "YOUR" exercise goal for today?
