Scottish Slimmer
Hi there - I am Alan in Scotland 47 years old .
I am looking for a slimming buddy that uses messenger. I am looking to lose 120lbs total - but I had already lost 40lbs before joining this site. An exchange of ideas would be helpful and encouragement from each other for those "bad days" would be great. Anywhere in the world dont matter where - I love to chat. Probably female would be better as 2 guys together dont tend to keep in touch the same. Hope someone out there is in a helpful mood. thanks Alan |

Alan, check out Pam's "300+ Support" thread for support when you are not chatting with someone. It's a great support site for folks of all size. You look great and we can hang with you while you get rid of that 80# that you want to let go of. Lots of ladies/support!

Hi there Alan!!! Welcome to LCF. I use yahoo messenger. Which one do u use?
It would be cool to chat to someone in another part of the world. Not only as a support buddy but to get to know another culture as well. By the way, great job on already losing a bunch of weight. What made u decide to make this life changing move? LOL i see you have "none" listed in your WOE. Do u have a certain plan u follow or have u created your own. Do you exercise? Hello eve I can use yahoo - just add me as alsie989 - At the moment i am not following any diet - just eating lots of fruit & veg - and excercising - i had lost 120lbs 2 years ago and went back to my old ways - my goal is to lose enough to get into denims before i go on holiday in 3 weeks time - chosen excersize is step arobics and i do weights and sit ups evry 2nd day.
