Welcome to LCF!

I have about more to lose than I'd like.

A small group of us have a group for snail mail... That is, writing letters the old fashioned way, by regular mail. If you are interested please feel free to stop by our thread here on the boards, and exchange addresses with some of us by PM once you have enough posts to do PMs.

Hi, there! My stats are similar. 5'10'' currently 220 lbs, though want to get down to 180 (starting goal). I'm 26, and live in Oklahoma. I had great success with ATkins a few years ago and got down to 180, but became lazy and put it back on. I need accountability, as well as encouragement and perspective from people my age and/or shape. Email works great for me if anyone is interested!
