Need buddy online or snail

I'm soon to be 62 and have 150 to lose. Seems so daunting! I'd really like a buddy to help me get started and for mutal encouragment! Married and female, smoker and carb addicted.

Hi Jackie. I can be here for you. I stay home now because of bad arthritis so I play here on my computer most the time anymore. By the way I am already 62 yrs. old.
