Looking for a Accountability Buddy

Hi everyone,

I just started the Beck Diet Solution, and I am looking for someone who would like to be my accountability buddy (or, if you are familiar with the book, diet coach)

I'd like someone I can check in with weekly (or a few times a week) via PM or email to talk about how my woe is going, whether I am up or down on the scale, if I had any struggles or victories for the past week, etc. I'm looking for someone who I can be completely honest with, god or bad, because I think that the only way I am going to be successful on this woe is to be completely honest with myself.

Ideally, I would love to find someone who is seeking the same in an accountability buddy so we can be that for each other!

If age and demos matter, I'm 28, professional, female. I have lost 41 pounds so far from my highest weight, and I'd like to lose another 100.
