I need a penpal to help me
I am 49 years old and have been on this diet for a month and have lost 28 lbs. so far. I'm trying to find someone who can help me out. I've hit a plateau and haven't lost anymore. What can I snack on? I'm sick of prok rinds and cheese. There must be somthing low carb out there. I eat a lot of carots and sugar free jello. Can anyone help? I dont want to get discouraged so soon. I have 40 lbs. to go. |

No carrots!!!
Carrots are too high in sugar content. That could be the problem right there. You could also go back on the induction diet to kick start it again or the opposite - cheat for 2-3 days and then start the induction diet. This should help.
