slipped..fell...crashed..and burned...really want a pen pal to lc with!!!
Hi all, Yep, I did all that..and would love a pen pal to chat with and get back on course.

I fell off the wagon too, Christmas, New Years, and yesterday
I have similar stats 190/currently186/150/125. Would like to get to 150 by April. I have been LCing since Dec.1. Do you take any supplements - I have heard of "stacking" I was thinking of taking efederane free Xenadrine as well as doing Atkins. I am also looking at starting an exercise program - as I have no waist line LOL.Take care, Little ( this is an old nickname given to me because of my height 5' 2" , not my weight ) |

Hi Little, not only are our stats similar, but so is our height. I am 5'1"
Amazing! I was working out with weights before, that was when I slipped, and thought of taking stackers. I just don't know anyone that has used them, and how they work. I am like a big round ball! , and can use the help.Oh well, I do take a big handful of vitamins, if you want a list I will write it out to you next time. I have found Atkins the easiest to follow.....ha ha..when I follow it. It would definately be great to work with you to reach our goals. 150 sounds attainable for April. flowers in bloom,a new beginning AGAIN 210 199 now 11 pounds lost from May 16th to 23rd. May 24 to 30 = STALL ![]() June 1 - 12 = still stalled June 13 to 23rd Oh MY GOODNESS..... Had company for 2 weeks, fell off...now back to 210 I can't believe I did that ![]() I can get back on track

adding exercise...
Well I just ordered the kathy smith pilates for abs. tape. I wanted to try pilates and I REALLY would like to have my waist back!
![]() I though I would try this along with walking on my treadmill. I hate to exercise. The only exercise tapes I liked doing are the Tae-bo ones, but my two year old is bound to get kicked in the head so they are out of the question for now.If you want to e-mail back and forth my address is blankenships@peoplepc.com Take care! |
