Just started looking for penpal/support

I have dabbled with this way of eating before, was never very
strict or all that committed to it. I started the induction on Dec 17th at 145 pounds. I am 5' 3" and small framed. I need to lose at least 30/35 pounds to feel comfortable. I lost six pounds on the induction. I am open to all imput. Good luck to us all.
