34 lonley mom struggling with life and with 80lbs to lose thanks for looking :)
ummmm what to say about me? where to start?
Ok... My name is Wanda and I live nr London in England I'm 34 and have a dd who is 10 (going on 23!) I live with my boyfriend of 14 years but we dont have any kind of suportive relationship I love him.. he dislikes me. he is however a perfect dad. I have been overweight all my life and I have always felt very ashamed of the way I look...I have a very poor vew of myself and suffer from depression....Hey I bet you are all making a line to start talking to me! I find the internet is the only way I can talk to people easilyas I always feel people are judging me. I have some sort of disability in my hands and arms that I am struggling to get diagnosed but it makes my typing rather erratic as I dont always have complete control over my hands as much as I would like. Arrggg not only do you all think I am a nutter but ill as well. I have around 80lbs to lose and have been doing atkins for 1 month now I do try very hard to not cheat but now and again I slip up woops!... I would love to here from anyone anywhere any age just someone who wants to chat or anything ... sorry for going on for so long... Take care and I will answer anyone who replies ![]() |

I was looking through these posts and noticed yours - we have some similarities. I too have about 80 pounds to loose. I have been doing this WOL since last March but have only lost about 20 pounds thus far, however I have lost a lot of inches! I've cheated many times along the way but I have been lucky not to gain anything back! I am ready to get serious about this now and I realized I just need some support as I have no one who is even remotely interested in my quest to lose weight. I have a 3yo daughter and I am a single mom - single as in absolutely no support from her father - which I am okay with. I too have a poor image of myself but my outlook has recently began to slightly change since I started taking Wellbutrin. I actually started taking it to help me quit smoking and it seems to have done wonders for depression and anxiety! I am also having a problem with my arms and hands and every doc in town thinks I'm crazy. I've spent almost an entire year trying to get a diagnosis and finally got me a new doctor who instantly questioned my family history and believes I have Rheumatoid Arthristis, which is what I've been thinking all along. I have to wait until March to get to a Rheumatologist though! I think we could be successful with some support (for this WOL and life in general!). If you're interested, PM me! |
