need a penpal to help me long the way any in indianapolis area??

hello everyone,

im really wanting to start back on lowcarbing but its much easier when there are some one else that you can connect up with as far as instant message each other or something like that i started today then i was doing fine until hubsands son brought goodys home then i blew it. so i know there are other people on here thats probalby in my shoes but it would be nice to just see if there are any one out here that lives here in indianapolis that maybe we can help each other out or something like e-mailing telling each other what we ate,and what kind of excersize,etc any one game ??

Just wanted to say hi to you Tammy.
I blew my eating to over the Holidays so now I am back in induction.
I am having some health problems so loseing my weight is crucial to me.

I am here most everyday so post often.

I also am determined to lose this weigh!!! I started 1-1-08 at 240.8 and today am under the 230 mark!! 229.6#

The thing that has been my salvation is the small close group of buddies that have joined me. I submitted an initial post called "51 with 100 lbs to lose." I had several WONDERFUL people respond and we have become the "Carbo-Raiders." Everyone posts daily and we do an online chat together on Sunday night at 10:00 (IN time). This weeks challenge is to: 1) drink one gallon of water daily and 2) walk 30 minutes each day!!

We'd love to have you in our group.... Just go thru our thread and you'll see we are a good support group for each other....

Also several of us also use Yahoo IM to chat whenever we are online....
