OK I need some encouragement here!! I'm getting married the first week in august and I need to loose about 39 pounds!!! Is this reasonable???? can I do this???

Yes Jenny its possible. I've loss 25 since Oct 21, 2002. There is a brides to be group on this site. I believe it on the Lo-carb Challenge board. You can also come to the Century board. They are great supporters. It say 100+ to lose, but there are alot of people on that board who have much less to lose.
