Hi......I'm a 47 year old first timer....looking for a...or some....buddies to help with this new woe. I'm really excited about it.....been planning on starting since the beginning of December....

I think my major problem will be what i can eat.....not getting into a rut...........eating the same things..........but...

I'm so excited about doing this........that i know i'll be able to over come what i need to......
