Starting w/ New Year...Need to Lose 200#!!

Hi. I'm a 37 y/o man living in San Francisco who is now over 400# and would like to get down closer to 200#. THe other diets aren't working and I know (from experience) that I can stick with Atkins if I motivate myself enough. I'd love to have some penpals in similar boats, so to speak!

Let me hear from you, and I'll tell you more about myself. I'm a gay man, so if that's a turnoff, I understand. I just figured to get that out in the open in the beginning so as not to offend anyone later. Hope to hear from some of you!

I would want to encourage you to come check out the 100 Day Challenge of cheat free . We have one guy in the group that is very Successful and many of the females have been also !! It is a very very supportive group and they will be there for you every day ... Just an idea if you need more than email support .... Happy Loe Carbing !! 100 Day Challenge
