I would like that, I just get so frustrated with this sometimes. I don't plan on falling off the wagon and going back to my old ways. I am stuck on this WOL at my chose, even if it kills me. I am tired of being FAT. Since I started this, I have watched the weight come off with the scales, but I don't see any results when I take my measurements and I don't understand that.

Can someone tell me how to retrieve one's mail - I get a box that pops up saying that I have it, but I can not find it.

Fergie, just click on my name Pcola Girl and a box will pop up and click on where it says to send private message, and there you can type me a letter and and send to me...

Fergie to get your PM message going just click on your name
Fergie303 and then go to VIEW PROFILE..At the top of the page you will see USER NAME click on that and then go to EDIT OPTIONS. On that you will go down to where you see ENABLE PRIVATE MESSAGES. Check that box beside it.
Then go to the bottom of the page and click on SAVE CHANGES.

That should do it for you..

Fergie to view and read your messages click on YOUR NAME, Fergie303 and then go to VIEW PROFILE. Go up to top of page to USER PROFILE, Click on it and on that page you will see a list of things, so go down to where it says LIST MESSAGES, click on it and there will be a box that tells you if you have messages, if you do have messages click on GO and it will bring your messages up to you. Then click each message to read....

I do not know why it isn't letting you get on these places.

Go to the MAIN LOBBY or to the HELP on the main page.
Post on it to let them know your problem and they will respond to it usually right away and see if they can help.

Let me know how it turns out ok.

So glad that I am in Fort Worth, by the time these hurricanes or tropical storms get here, then it's only a drizzle.

I have just been here for so long that I just thought we all could PM mail someone..
Hope everything is going well with you these days and glad you are not getting any of the storms there where you are.
We have been getting alot of bad thunder storms here but they are not related to any hurricane, just our Florida weather.
My eating is doing better and hope yours is to. I do have to make our grand daughter a birthday cake next week so please pray for me that I won't taste any of it..I use to do cake decorating alot in my younger days but have not done much at all in the last few years or so. Hope I can make one as pretty as I use to do.

You all take care. I will not be here over the week-end but will see you all again on Monday.

I was tested last night when I got home from work around 11 p.m. There was half of a meat lover's pizza on the stove (my favorite) - 4 chocolate brownies on the counter (my other favorite) and a bowl of plain M&Ms (my all time favorite). I walked by it all (boy was I tempted) and just kept on going. I went to the freezer, got out my frozen Chocolate Cool Whip and that took care of my cravings.
