I would love a buddy who is looking to lose 5-10 pounds and keep really on track. I have had buddies before and they were great..but not as driven as I need.
It is infectious and rubs off on me...
Anyone got the hard-core determination?
I am really ready for a 2 week at a time goal setting buddy.
