We all got our acts together and circumstances are going to line up for our good ! Let's make the best out of the rest of 2007. This is the year of completion, and I refuse to continue living life as I have, do you agree?

What's in those meds? I agree, it is not funny. I pray that your body gets use to them, and that you will eventually come off of them .

I know that would have scared DH, he would have probaly flew home and wanted to take me to the nut house . Just kidding ! Laughing is good for the soul.

We had flights delays out of LA last night so, my flight didn't get in until 2 a.m. - urghh!! but, I'm home and not trying to do much today but, REST! (I'll be off/on all day).

Good Morning Ladies !

I feel WONDERFUL! I got my health and my right mind, so what more could I ask for. I have a pretty busy weekend ahead of me. We got some FREE tickets to a Marlins game for tonight. I have my AVON meeting in the morning, the boys have Baseball and we have a few movies to catch up on.

DH and I are going to a gospel play On September 15th. I'm excited as we don't get to have date nights as much. AND I'm more excited because I will be able to wear something cute and feel good in my skin .

Good Morning...

I had a good holiday/birthday/visitors weekend. The party turned out really nice. We were busy all weekend. I dozed off and on all day yesterday. I was beat. I stuck to plan and I am happy I did. Everyone kept telling me ow good the birthday cake was, but I didn't budge. I would have felt terrible today.

My kids began school today. The house is quiet. It's just me now. It's feels weird to be back here again, but that's the way the cookie crumbles!!!

Lyn, you are doing awesome. Keep it up!!

I lost the 20 pounds I aimed to in the month of September. I now weigh 193. I had hoped for more. I lost more at the beginning of the challenge than I did at the end. The reason was I did was purely exercise. I haven't gotten much of that in lately. I am heading out hand wash my car. That's exercise in itself! I am sure I will burn some calories doing that. If it is not too late in the day I will hit the gym. I have to take some things to the store before the kids get out.

WTG with losing 20 lbs , A W E S O M E !

I'm so excited for my cousin, she is losing weight and exercising. She use to be the one that would put down eating healthy, and etc. I think she got motivated by being asked to be in a wedding. She really seems like she has it together and is determined. Let's lift her up in prayer. She isn't following any eating plan, she is just watching her portions and taking her pills that she got from the weightloss doctor. She can fit her 16's again.
