Hi. I just thought I'd let you know that I'm from Keokuk, Ia. I'm a college student at Central College in Pella. It's nice to meet somebody else from Iowa! I love Cedar Rapids by the way!

of very best friends are there....

Hi,
I am not from Iowa but my Grandparents lived there. They lived in Ida Grove Iowa. I ahve been to Cedar Rapids while visiting. I still have some cousins who live in Ida Grove. Have you ever been to to The Grotto Of Redemption in West Bend Iowa? We went there when I was 17. It was not complete at the time. I would love to see it again someday. My Grandpareents are both passed away now so I haven't been there for a long time. Good luck to you!

Wow!! your weight loss for last month is incredible. I am not from Iowa but I am here for support if you need me. We have the same goals. I am starting today offically at 220 and would love to get to 140 by august. Maybe we could push each other on together.

I'm in Newton, but KimATC is in Cedar Rapids I think. Have you put out a call for her on the Playground or Exercise Board?

Feather, Pella is my favorite place!! You're just down the road from me.
