Can we help each other?
Well I am on day 2 of this diet and this is my first time trying it. I am very excited about getting back into shape. I just think I would have a lot easier of a time if I had someone to share the good and hard times with. I started at 181 and cant wait to get to 140. I am trying to get down in weight because I am having surgery in June for my b day thought I would pamper myself for my 30th lol. So I really need to lose this weight!! :) I wish the best to all and hope we all reach our goals weights and are healthy :) Bye for now hope to hear from you! Holly

Hi Holly. I know how hard it is to get started. I am 22 and started last Tuesday and have lost 11 pounds! My current weight is 224, and I would like to be around 150...but I am sure I would take whatever! I am exercising and hoping to get back into shape as well. I will be 30 in June and I am determined to lose all this weight I have gained while being pregnant. I just had a baby girl in October. I have a little more weight to lose than you do.
