Both those dresses sound beautiful, YH.
I bet if you concentrated on your Callanetics for the belly/backside and also used your time at Curves going on only the machines that target those areas, you could easily drop an inch or two before the wedding. Wouldn't hurt to try (once your back is feeling better, of course).Love it that you're getting another pc of luggage. Congrats on swimming -- wow -- 30 laps is great! I got back on the scale later and it read 295. I told dh I'm not counting on it though, till I see it that low later in the week. Could just be water today, who knows for sure. But hopefully as the week goes on, the numbers will stay low and then I will "report" the loss next Saturday.I've really been trying to eat lightly today as wkds are dangerous when my family is around. We put a roast (beef) in the oven for supper so hopefully I will fill up on that tonight and not snack too much later on. It started snowing pretty heavily so we decided not to go to the graduation an hour away, knowing that we'd be there a couple of hours and then the hour's drive home. Who knew what the weather would be like then. But the snow is letting up a little now and not accumulating too much so I think ds2 will go to the local graduation and take our gifts along, that way dh & I can skip out on all the parties today. I've been on the go so much, it's been nice to have a day to just hang out and watch tv, although it's been another one of those Beverly Hillbillies marathons. ![]() I sure do feel better now that all the swelling has left me!! Good news that you are back to where you started D!! And very glad you are getting the water off!! That was scary! Snowing--oh I don't want to hear that....think you need to stay home & rest your body anyway. And if dh does 65hrs next week he needs to rest too.
Both dresses sound good. Have you tried any of the new smoothers YH?? They are very comfortable, believe it or not. And they will really smooth off that couple inches. Plus I find the back support very helpful. They are not cheap but they are worth every penny! Got a cheaper one & the high waist part just keeps rolling down, so I learned on that one. I have 3 styles & have ended up wearing one to work cause of the good back support. If you start getting your boxes sorted I would recommend the vacuum storage bags. I have been using them for years & they are great. They do suck down really low & I can put them in the basement & not worry about bugs or moisture. If it's stuff I really like I stick a cedar block or bag in but that's just me. I put ds's important baby things & some important papers in some other ones. They have a new style that is a garment bag that I'd love to try. Been using mine for years---only tore one a few years back. You could slide them under your bed too. My bags are labeled Corris size L/Corris size 14/Corris size 16/Corris size 18..... ![]() Having my mom over for dinner of course. Dinner is smothered pork chops from my lc book (I've posted that recipe here before) & mashed 'tatoes & cuke salad & green beans. Ok that's all legal--well I won't have the 'tatoes. Problem was desert....was going to make Choc Eclair Cake which is to die for! But I thought who am I kidding that I will have one tiny piece & leave it alone??? So instead I made a pineapple upside down cake. Here's the deal, Pillsbury has a cake mix with splenda now. So I used the yellow. Then I used the splenda brown sugar for the topping. So I took a lot of the bad stuff away. Am really curious to taste it. Am telling no one about the changes cause so many times they can't taste any difference. It smells wonderful. Have the Rhedi Whip for it instead of the cool whip. Keep that tight dress out & keep trying it on just for incentive YH--whether you wear it to the wedding or not. I put on a tight pair of jeans today. The other 2 pairs are very comfortable so I thought I needed to start wearing a snug pair to keep my reality in mind LOL!! Well I am off to clean up kitchen & make the cuke salad. I'm sure I be back checking at least twice more....I am so addicted to all you peoples LOL!!! |

Yum, C, I can just smell that pineapple upside down cake right now--my favorite. So let us know how it turns out w/ the splenda. Your mom's a lucky lady to have you cook her such a lucious meal!
Congrats on staying on plan! And wearing the tighter jeans will certainly be motivating. Who cares how much you weigh when it's really the smaller size clothes we want to wear! How did the bridal shower go? Have fun tomorrow!Glad you are feeling better, Y. Maybe your tummy is adjusting to the meds. Liquid vitamins upset my stomach, but I suppose it was more likely the meds. I guess your back is better, or you wouldn't have done the 30 laps! (I hope!) The dresses sound divine, and C had a good idea. Maybe some of the 2" is just loose skin, so something like that might work for you. Brown hair with blond highlights goes good with black, too. Actually, goes with everything! ![]() Congrats on getting rid of that water, D, and moving down to 295! I know what you mean about not necessarily trusting it to stay there, though, but it means you are on your way to lower numbers! And thanks for encouraging me to hang in there--it is tough when you're hungry and not losing, but if you can stick with it the fat does eventually come off. I did drop 1/2 lb. yesterday, but I'm not sure if it's going to hold.Too bad about the snow! But I agree w/ C--you should probably stay home, rest and keep your feet up. You could use a break, D. How incredibly gratifying it must have been for you when they weighed you at the Dr.'s and you had lost over 40 lbs.! We don't normally celebrate Mother's Day here. The kids are gone; my mother is in IN. But we always go to the Greek restaurant on Sundays, and they usually give you a rose or something, so I'll kind of feel like it's a little special. Hope you all have a happy day! I have been staying on the plan, and went to the gym again today. Dh just had to go out to dinner Friday night, and wanted sushi so we went downtown to the Japanese restaurant, but I did fine. It usually makes my weight go up the next day because there's so much salt and sugar in the food. So this time I brought my own salad dressing, just had plain fish, and did not eat any rice. So this morning I was not up. Here's yesterday's menu: B - Lox, cr ch, egg yolk, little sausage, spinach L - Salad, chicken, avocado, cheese D - broiled yellowtail collar, salad, coleslaw (at Japanese rest.) S - lc choc, string cheese, almonds Happy Mother's Day! T. |

Happy Mother's Day Ladies,
I would stay clear of the sewer project today D but toilet flushing is a great gift. Glad the scale is down but you are right-dont count the 3 lbs. this week so you dont get crazy if its the water. Hope you were ok with the tv marathon !Smoothers-give me a brand that works-may try one for that dress and you said helps back too. I dont have any undergarments like that because wearing them in FL. would make me nuts I believe due to the heat, I wear a control top panthose but they dont squish the fat / skin enough I guess I would need one that does the whole belly and goes above waist a bit so you would not have the roll bulge. My mother would say always wear a girdle and you wont have a tummy-of course I never did but she wore one everyday of her life and instructed me last yr. on which one to bury her in. She never had a belly and was always thin. Never heard of a vacuum storage bag C ! I love how you label and store your stuff in various sizes ! I have no place to store anything here unfortunately, BF rents a storage space for useless paper but I imagine thats packed full - stuff from 9 yrs. ago when he moved here Sure miss those basements. I got the tight dress in the bathroom now with probably 40 other in the bathroom work clothes. Going thru 1 box was a big ordeal for me but I picked a good one with 2 dresses at least-I also dumped about 20 items which was hard but has to be done. There is probably 30 boxes and the piles C-your MD Meal sounds lovely and I can just taste the pineapple cake !!! Keep it up with the tight jeans too ! Well you did good at the sushi place T - you are doing really good this week. My nausea was the prozac and pain pill combo im sure and back was better yesterday so just took tylenols, hurts a bit today but I think it was from trying stuff on and off from the box more so than the pool. Thats a stress workout by itself. Too bad theres nothing you can do about this loose skin except surgery although I use to give myself body wraps and they did help but thet are hard to do on yourself and I would probably end up in traction wrapping myself up like a mummy and they are pricey to get them at the spa, etc. Enjoy your rose and meal at the Greek place today ! |

I have wrinkles!!
I do, I have wrinkles on my feet! And I am thrilled to have them!!
![]() Do you know how long it's been since my feet weren't terribly swollen?? I just put on a pr of pretty sandals (still have the tags on) that I bought to wear with those capris outfits and could never wear because I couldn't fit my fat feet into them. The scale also went down another couple of lbs so I'm sure it's the last of the water getting out of me. You better start tackling those boxes, YH. Can you imagine if you got to a box and you had lost so much weight, the clothes were too big on you already?? I'm glad to hear your nausea is getting better. I sure hope your back is feeling better soon. ![]() How did your cake come out C? Could anyone tell it was made with Splenda? I haven't seen that cake mix in the stores yet, but I will look. That would be nice to be able to enjoy dessert with my family once in awhile. Pineapple-upside down cake is a fav of mine. I see where Netrition sells sugar-free frosting too but I haven't tried it yet. T, you did great at the Japanese restaurant. I tried a couple of different spring rolls once and thought I would die, they were so gross. What is collar? Is that a fish or a vegetable?? Have fun at the Greek restaurant today -- I love Greek food!!It's my oldest son that will be working 60 hours this week, C, not my dh. Ds1 is enjoying his new job even if it is long hours. He's working outdoors on a construction crew, running machinery, splicing and laying cable, etc. Last year he worked indoors installing telephones, internet and cable tv so this was a change but I think a good one. More fresh air and exercise. ![]() Our snow is all gone. A little cool out today but sunny so that's good. ![]() Have a Happy Mother's Day ladies!! Whether your kids are near or far, I wish for you a wonderful relaxing day!! I woke up to find dh cleaning the kitchen. Best present I could have gotten today -- other than the toilet flushing! ![]() D |

Hi, y'all,
Happy Mother's Day, all. Yh, hang in there. I know what you mean about support undergarments in the heat. Glad you found a do-able dress to wear. C, I, also discovered vacum storage bags last year when we moved after 22 years in the same place. Your cake sounds delish, I'd like to make it. My diabetic father in law would love it. T, congrats on your bs of 96. I get so distressed with all the new hoop la about diabetic diets as most are too high in carb and cause more harm than good. D, congrats on wrinkles on your feet and being back down to where you were. Yesterday was dh's birthday, we went to his fav restaurant, but I managed to eat on plan. I took a single spoonfull of the ice cream on his cobbler. Today, our only son is here, my inlaws will be here also. dh is grilling food to be on plan for me. I don't have to cook today, what a present. On the scale today, lost to under 1/4th lb of where I was. The stress eating weight gain is now gone. Well, son is here, so better get off the computer. Have a great relaxing day all. We can do this! Hugs, Slendercate |

Ok the cake was a huge success! No one could tell a thing was different. Afterwards I told my mom & showed her the Pillsbury box & the bag of the splenda brown sugar. Wish the cake mix came in more than white & yellow. Used the crushed pineapple in pineapple juice so that cut sugar too. So it was not exactly healthy but it was nice to clean it up & have it taste yummy still. Wouldn't try the frosting unless it was splenda.
The rest of the dinner went well. Forgot to cook the green beans but we had salad & cuke salad so we were fine. We weren't able to pick up ds so it was just us 4. First time he's not been around on Mother's day so that felt odd. We are picking him up next Thurs & he will be here thru Sun evening when we take him back to school. He called this a.m. to say happy mothers day. Am so happy I still have my mom here ![]() Glad you seem to be drained D LOL!! Cleaned up kitchen is a good gift to start to your day!! Your dh wasn't cooking you a special meal?? Course I guess he doesn't have time around all the digging LOL!!! Well it's time to sit down & put my feet up finally. Enjoy the last of your day ladies!! |

Glad the cake came out so well, C! That will be something I will hope to try if I can ever get my weight down enough to not have even a small splurge mess me up! Sounds like you had a wonderful day with your mom even if ds couldn't make it. Your menu sounded great and shouldn't put any weight on you.
SC, congrats on getting past the little binge, and getting your weight back down! D, what a nice surprise to wake up and find your dh cleaning the kitchen! But did that mean you were cooking on MD? I hope you got to keep your little wrinkled tootsies up today! Congrats on getting them into your pretty new sandals! And on dropping a couple more lbs! Looks like you're not going to claim that til it hangs around for awhile, huh! Oh, yeah, a "collar" is the part of the fish right behind the head near the gill area. They're really delicious because they have a little more fat and are very succulent. Hope the rest of your day was fun, D!Y, glad your back is feeling better so you can just take tylenol. Have you ever tried Aleve? If it's inflammatory pain, that can work better than tylenol. How funny you maybe got your back out going through your clothing! Glad you did find something, but what might you find in all those other boxes? How many do you have? We are all fascinated by this. I have old boxes in the attic I now want to filter through, but no way could I ever wear any of that stuff; I only weighed 110 then. Congrats on getting rid of some of it. Out with the old stuff, in with the new! My weight finally was down a lb. this morning--yay! Of course, I am praying that it will hold. It takes so long to just lose one lb. if I go up again, there goes another week! I have a little stomach ailment, so I have been flushing, too, D, but not in a good way...seem to have had a problem ever since the Japanese restaurant; although I also seem to have been fighting off a cold, so maybe it's a virus. I hope that's not the only reason the scale says less today! We still made our regular visit to the Greek restaurant, and the owner gave us our lunch free for MD! That was so nice! B - bacon, egg, spinach L - salad, grilled tri-tip w/mushrooms and chipotle sauce D - prawns sauteed w/onions, tomatoes, cilantro, asparagus, white zucchini S - lc choc, cheddar cheese, almonds Hope you all had a relaxing day! Congrats on the lb loss, T!!
Your menus look great these days! I'm sure you'll keep that lb off and more by the end of the week. How nice you got a free lunch today. Sorry you are feeling sick though. Hope you feel better soon!!Me cook on Mother's Day?? Believe me, I milk this day and my b'day for all it's worth! I skipped breakfast but dh grilled pork steaks for lunch and then they dug up the sewer this afternoon. Which left me time to relax and put my feet up. Everyone is in now and getting cleaned up. Dh will grill steaks later for supper. Both boys gave me beautiful cards plus 2 tv remotes (since I don't seem to be able to work our present ones LOL) and a bag of Ghiardelli dark chocolates. I didn't have the heart to refuse the candy since I know it's expensive and the boys bought it because they figured drk choc is lower in sugar than milk choc (which is true). I broke a sm piece off to taste and will give the rest to dh when they aren't around. My mother's ring is ordered but has not arrived yet. I'm having a very nice day so far. ![]() Sorry you couldn't see ds today, C, but glad he can come home next week for a belated celebration. Does he go to school far away or does he not have a car to drive himself? Your dinner sounded delicious and I'm sure you were happy to cook for your mom. I miss seeing my mom for MD and other holidays. I live 1800 mi away from my family so it's not even within decent driving distance -- takes about 33 hours if we go by vehicle. I haven't seen my mom since Christmas of 2004. ![]() Good to hear you got back on track, SC. Sounds like you are having a very nice Mother's Day with your family and glad they could grill the dinner so you could stay on plan. Congrats on the weight loss! YH, I hope you are having a nice day with bf today. Is your back feeling any better to get back to Curves this week? I don't know if I'm going tomorrow. My friend isn't sure of her plans yet. Oh, I know you said your b'day was at the end of the month but you never said when?? It turned out to be such a nice day today. Warmed up with a slight breeze so not too hot at all but lots of sunshine. Can't believe it was snowing only yesterday! ![]() Well enough rambling. Glad everyone had such a nice Mother's Day! D |

Well it sounds like everyone had a decent Mother's Day, that good !
Wrinkles on your feet D and sewer line done, what more could a gal ask for? Whew, hopefully that water will stay gone now. My bd is 5-31 but I dont have those anymore and never tell anyone ! Congrats on the lb loss T ! Glad you got a free meal but sorry you got a bug. I would say there's 30 boxes and the piles of clothing-I will dump used and donate with tags stuff-sooo many dresses that I will never wear (when I use to dress up for work ) I have the giant bottle of Aleve at work. Glad you popped in SC ! C-your MD dinner was nice and glad you enjoyed the day, now we all have a craving for the pineapple cake! S1, S2 and gf, and dog stopped over. ( no one has noticed my weight loss from this group, ha) BF was sociable and came out of the bedroom and hung out with us ( because s3 was not here) S2 offered to take me out for lunch but I said no " I just ate ", they picked up burgers somewhere and came back even tho I had burgers , etc to throw on the grill but said they did not want me to cook ( they did not want to either). I threw a bunch of chicken strips on the grill for a snack later. Watched a movie " There will be Blood " - very good. The dog had a giant cone on his head so he does not chew a paw injury so he was barreling into everything at my tiny place and still a giant puppy. A nice day. Back was better Sat, no so good Sun. Sun. am-scrambled eggs and whole wheat muffin eng. muffin lunch-yogurt, pear dinner-3 chicken strips snacks thruout day- 2-100cal. snack pacs, 1 sourdough pretzel, 2-fruitis, 1 ice cream sand. ughhhh. |

YH, sounds like you had a nice Mother's Day visit with s1 & s2.
Great willpower not having fastfood burgers with them. Can't believe no one noticed your weight loss though. Men. ![]() My stomach feels like there's a rock in it this morning. Don't think yesterday's meals have digested yet. I told dh I want something light for supper tonight, maybe low-carb version of French Onion soup. My drink potion-grass should be in today -- that should help. ![]() Yesterday's menu: B-coffee L-pork steak, cauliflower, sf jello D-steak, zucchini, salad, 2 jalapeno poppers, sf jello S-almonds, 1/2 lc pita, 2 bran crackers (0 carbs), 2 sl cheese Ds1 left this morning for the work week. He'll be home Fri night. The company is putting him up in this really neat hunting lodge. I looked up the website and wow, it's gorgeous. Cathedral ceilings, all hardwood floors, ceilings, walls, horses on premises, huge great room, it's like a bed & breakfast and absolutely gorgeous. Of course, those things go unnoticed on a 20 yr old. But I would love to go there for a vacation myself!Glad everyone stayed on plan this wkd. Way to go gals! Here's to the start of another successful week!! DLast edited by Denise78 : 05-12-2008 at 06:21 AM. |

Hi, ya'll,
Hope everyone had a great weekend and here's to a great week. T, I am not a diabetic, but have a condition that predisposes me to hypoglycemia. My doc has warned me that in his opionion, hypoglycemic's of today can become the diabetic's of tomarrow. Because of my "apple" shape and my weight gain around my middle, I feel strongly that I am insulin resistant, so by following a lc diet, I hope in a few months (or years) to reverse the insulin resistance, loose the fat and stablize my hypoglycemia to boot. D, wow, I'd love to go to a lodge like your son is staying in this week! YH, can't believe no one noticed your weight loss! Todays menu: atkins shake, slice of lc toast, smear of butter lc yogurt olive pimento cheese (homemade) on lettuce, small plum grilled shrimp w/ cabbage, few onions, egg drop soup two deviled eggs (hungry at bedtime). Here's to staying at the lighter weight this week. |

You seem to eat very little SC - surprised you are not losing faster, cant remember if you had a setback - I see you have the digital scale. Mine is too but just in lbs. I step on it at least 3 xs sometime 5 as it goes 1 lb diff. usually-majority wins
The belly fat is bad - so hard to get rid of.Sign me up for the lodge too D - that would be right up my alley-but no work for us ! Did you get to Curves Mon. ? Back lousy on Monday again-called dr. and got a diff. anti inflammatory and pain pill called in, took those last nite -helped-giant headache this am from pills but I can deal with that. On week 2 of prozac-think I can tolerate ok, she said to do lower dose for 2 weeks then double next week. Don't notice much of anything with that yet but antidepressants usually take a while to get in your system. Went in the bed right after work and watched tv, started an hbo series on dvd call Big Love. Right now I feel I could do Curves after work, class unlikely, but not sure if I should push it with back-ill see how I feel later. Maybe the boys did not notice weight but s2's gf is overweight so that could be it-not a good topic to bring up and just as well, S2 did not bring this gal around for a long time, I think he was embarrassed and worried about his brothers comments because she is not a skinny minny but that all worked out as she really is a nice gal. Oh yeah, skinny gal has surfaced again. Bad at work Mon.-went online shopping-bought 2 pr. of dressier Birkenstocks and some Lauren Hutton makeup. Mon. am-apples and strawberries lunch-oatmeal w blueberries, tomato, kirby pickle dinner-plain grilled bubba burger, green beans snacks-fruiti-2, quaker cakes, 100 cal. sn. pac What are you up to C and T ? I see K is missing in action. |

YH, thank you for giving me a good laugh this morning. I forwarded the "toilet" right along to dh. I'm sure he'll get a kick out of it!
![]() I'm sorry to hear the meds gave you a headache but I guess that's better than a backache. Yeah those anti-depressants do take several weeks before you get the full effect, so hopefully they will work even better as time goes on. I can understand why the boys wouldn't make a big hoopla out of your weight loss if gf is overweight. Actually, that is very thoughtful of them not to want to hurt her feelings like that. Nice that you treated yourself even if it was a bad day at work. I can usually find any excuse to shop -- bad day, good day, trash day, whatever. Potion did not get here yesterday. They usually are pretty prompt with their shipments. Hopefully it will come in today.I bought some Weight Watchers sliced American cheese yesterday. It's 2.5 g fat, 1 carb and 45 calories (compared to Kraft 4.5 fat, 1 carb and 60 calories). Only 1 point on the WW plan. Do you use this cheese, YH? I had it with some lc crackers last night and it was quite good. ![]() Yesterday's menu: B-coffee L-chicken, beef & broccoli D-2 burgers, lettuce, broccoli, 1 bran cracker w/soy p'nut butter S-4 pork rinds, 1 sl WW cheese, 2 lc crackers No Curves yesterday. Friend was busy with company, and dh's "teeth" came in so he took the afternoon off to pick them up. We went out to lunch and did a little shopping too. He ended up getting yet another tooth pulled. This one was in the back of his mouth, not noticeable but of course now it's affecting the fit of his new plate. I just called and left message at dentist office to get another appt to have the plate re-fit. SC, eating low-carb has done wonders for my sugar levels. I am on insulin and have cut my dosage more than in half since I started this WOE. T & C, hope you're doing good. Missed your evening posts -- thank goodness for YH's reverse insomnia -- gives me something to read with my coffee every morning. Ds2 had homework to finish up on the computer this morning and it just about killed me to have to wait till he left for school before I could get to this board. ![]() Another gorgeous day today. I look out my kitchen window and see my apple trees in full breathtaking bloom. The scale is being kind to me this week, so I am happy. Have a great day ladies! Good morning!!
Speaking of shopping YH here's the info on the body shapers. My 2 favorite's are Carol Wior Midriff Toner tank w/ belly band--came from QVC.(on line) It is for the belly & back and is the one that gives me such great back support. Since it only covers that portion of my body I wear it w/jeans or to work. 2nd is: Underscore from JC Penney's store. This is the style that runs from under your bra to just above the knee. It rolls up & down easily so that you can go to the bathroom w/o a hassle. Wear this with everything as it just smooths you so nicely, no bra rolls etc. And I can't believe how comfortable it is. These 2 I bought in larger size than I wear. From the Avenue (womans plus size store--think the chain is all across the US but if not they sell on line) I bought 2 of their AvenueBody tank style shapers, & they are really comfortable & are shaped nicely around your breasts. I've worn them w/o a bra under thicker sweaters with no problems--course I guess that doesn't matter to you in FL LOL!-- I bought their AvenueBody bra to thigh shaper & it was the one that I said rolls down all the time so it's a looser. I bought both of these in my regular size. Then I have a panty up to bra style that I got first a couple years ago. It's also comfortable & works very well but of course I prefer the bra to thigh style as I have sooo much to smooth LOL!! It has never rolled down. It is a Cacique from Lane Bryant. You've lost so much that the ones from the womens store probably wouldn't fit you but it tells you more about the styles. My favorite 2 run from small to 4/5X so you could get them ok. I ordered the whole body one from the info commmercial that became so famous & it did the trick but I hardly ever wear it as it is horrible to get on!!!! What a struggle! Plus you could never get it down in public to go potty as you have to completely undress & then take an hour to pull it back up LOL!! There is a bathroom slit in it but how you could use it w/o getting yourself wet too is beyond me---so I call this one a looser plus it was the most expense one. Hope all this is helpful to you. So hard to buy this stuff on line. I tried stuff on in the stores first to get my sizes & ideas together before I bought anything on line. Good luck! Think you will be surprised how comfortable they are now adays, plus how much they help. Congrats to your ds for liking a girl for who she really is not just how cute she is! Or seeing that there are more than one style of cute! One of my friends son married a wonderful girl a couple years ago that is the sweetest thing on the planet. That's all she ever said about her was how wonderful she was & what a great wife she would make her son etc. When we went to the bridal shower we were all so shocked as here sat this must be 300lb girl. Was like a movie love story ya know cause you know her son was really harassed by some of his friends over this gal. Matter of fact my friends husband had problems with her size for a long time, but then her wonderful personality finally won him over too. She had to have a custom made dress due to her size & of course the white made her look larger & I must admit it was interesting to see such a plus size bride, probably cause none of us had before. So it made the wedding something different & very special ![]() My goodness I am blabby this morning ![]() Glad to hear all seem to be eating pretty good. D I remember reading in the SB book that lf was good w/dairy products. Think thats where I got messed up with lf fat dressings etc before, it was only dairy. I will try some as I use the cheese slices a lot with a slice of lf ham or tky. Am finishing up the nuts I have in the cupboard & then won't buy more but I really need something to fill that snacking gap. What a mess w/dh's teeth....hope he finally gets it settled! Boy I sure would miss my being able to chew ![]() Ok I'm off here to accomplish something. But I'll be back between loads of laundry etc |

UPS just made a delivery to me! I immediately got my blender out and made up my drink potion -- choc protein powder, psyllium husk powder and the greens blend mixed with 8 oz water. Verdict??? |
