Weighed 245 this morning so it was as bad as I thought it would be. Can't have all the extras that I was having, even if it was mainly lots of fresh fruit & bread, & not gain.
I think Wed is a good middle of the road day weigh in day.
Well I'm out the door to work--have a great day!!

Well the man-child is deposited with the last round of his earthly treasures & we have returned to our quiet house & our own schedule. We were laughing on the way home about how you get use to them being gone, & then they return, & you have to get use to them being under foot again. Then they leave & you have to adjust to them being gone again.... Dh is having more of an issue of it than I am. Adam's 25 & happy to be at school so I'm happy for him!

Now let's see if I can quit with all the excuses re:eating. Was looking at our Sept calendar & every weekend has something & then we will be gone on vacation for 2 weeks. So I will really have to be "living" this lifestyle to see something aside from another gain. Really would like to end 2007 weighing less....been thinking if I should set myself a goal or just keep plugging along???

Kathleen I hope you are out with dh enjoying your birthday!!!!

Teresa I hope you maybe got to the gym again. Now that ds's boxes are out of the back of the livingroom I can get to my Gazelle & start doing a few minutes here & there. In the past I got into this good habit of hopping on it whenever I had 10-15minutes free. Got so I was doing a goodly number of minutes a day & never really felt like I was working out. Would like to get back into that habit. It's amazing how many times a day you have 10mintues that you can hop on, like waiting for the coffee to drip or the washer to shut off etc. And the Gazelle doesn't bother my joints. I want to know why we stop the good habits like that??????? Ones like that aren't really any effort to maintain.

Think I will make the effort to set up a eating plan for the next couple weeks. That makes it so much easier I think. I just glance at my pad & say oh yeah I need to cook that & get it in the fridg, or look at it & say oh yeah thats what I can have for lunch. Do you girls find that to be helpful or do you feel trapped??

Well I have to go collect the phone messages from tomorrows client so that I can set up my agenda for the day

Tuesday night

Kathleen!

Hope you have had a wonderful, joy-filled day! And you should have some goodies on your birthday, too! Hope you have had fun today.

Corrisann, glad you got your son squared away, now it's back to business! I see you're going to be busy in September. I know when I travel, I have to really muster up all my strength to just keep myself mostly on the eating plan. My suggestion is that you keep a mindset that you don't eat bread, then don't even look at it, just ignore it. Then that gives you a little leeway for a few bites of things that may be a little high calorie, fun foods that you can just have a few bites of. And if you're having any kind of dessert, try to make it something closer to allowable, like mousse or creme brulee or some fruit thing; and don't eat any pastry crusts. You can't expect to lose while you're traveling, but you can hold fairly steady if you take small portions and just don't go crazy! And maybe you'll be walking around a lot, burning calories!

It sounds like a beautiful vacation--when are you leaving?

I did go to the gym again today--work out with light weights for about 1/2 hour. Rode the bike for 10 min. after dinner, too. My weight was down this a.m. because I did the semi-fat fast thing yesterday; but I was hungry last night and had a hard time sleeping, so I ate a little more today, but stayed on plan. Wednesday sounds like a better day for weigh-in to me. I'm posting stats today, but it'll be the same tomorrow probably.

Yeah, you should get back on that gazelle, Corrisann--what is that like, anyway?

I am doing better

Hello Girls,
I am doing better at last I feel better. I have been eating just eggs that are all I can do with the meds. You know it is funny that I do not want to eat any thing but eggs. Do you know if that is ok for me do just eat the egg and not anything but eggs?

I see we have a Birthday Girl today so I just want to say Kathleen!

pooped out!

Today is my late day & so I spent the first half of the day working around home & then headed off to work....never got on the Gazelle & was mad at myself later. Should have skipped some household chore & used the energy to get a little work out. But the house has been a mess almost all summer around ds & I so wanted to clean a corner of it LOL!!!!
Have a headache cause I ate stupid today & am not use to the sugar unless it's fruit. I'll pay in the morning cause my feet will hurt & my knuckles will be swollen. Have no excuse cause I didn't even try to resist.
Sure loves to eat eggs can be a big part of low carb. Do you have to eat them with a certain pill, or are the med's giving a craving for eggs?? At least it's not a craving for chocolate....haha!! Hope you are healing slow but sure! In a few days some of the kiddies will be in school so that should help
Well it's 11 so I best get to bed, morning will be here too soon!!

Wednesday night

Hi, girls--

Well, Corrisann, I worked around the house a lot today, too. I was trying to arrange some things to put on a couple of new bookcases I got, and move a couple of pieces of furniture. So now my feet and back hurt. I hope your feet ane hands aren't too sore tomorrow. Housework does burn calories, though; so maybe if you ate off program it won't be too bad. I cheated a little today by eating a half of a chocolate mousse at lunch. Mousse is mostly whipped cream, though, and they usually don't make my weight go up if I only eat half a serving.

Are you back to grocery shopping now? You sure did well at eating from your cupboards, so I hope your dh is proud of you! You deserve a great shopping excursion for the things you really love now! I'm learning to eat dinner at home more often now, and not be so invested in the kind of food we have to eat. If it's on the plan and fills me up, that's all I need. I've become too much of a "foodie," one of the reasons I gained weight! I've been eating leftovers all week, and I've been OK with it--a definite change in attitude! I think you really inspired me to appreciate what we have on hand!

Kathleen, I hope you had a wonderful birthday--I bet you're celebrating today, too, with your dh, because I know you weren't sure if he was going to make it in yesterday. Hope you had a great time!

Love to eat, eggs are one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. I don't know any reason you couldn't eat them as often as you wish, although some people would say they have too much cholesterol. You'll probably get tired of them before that could become a problem! Glad you are feeling better, too.

Well, it's getting on toward bedtime, so I'll say good night. Hope you all have a lovely day tomorrow!

B - sausage, egg yolk, spinach
L - salad, shrimp and carne asada enchilada, no tortilla, 1/2 choc mousse
D - tuna, mayo, green beans, squash
S - lc choc, almonds, cr ch

big time confession

Ok gal's this is the big thing dragging me down---$7 Little Cesar's Hot & Ready Deep Dish Pizza. Don't know about your states but ours started this promotion about a year ago & it must be a success cause it's still running. You don't have to order the pizza they always have some ready to go out the door. It's a plain cheese & pepperoni deep dish nice & hot. With all the ripping & running with ds we bought this 3 times in a week and a half & I just love it.....all that thick soft crust....I'm like an alcoholic I swear, only I'm a bread alcoholic LOL!!!!! So today I stopped on my way home from work & bought yet another one & brought it home & ate 5 huge slices.....YUM!!! Course now I feel stuffed, sick, & guilty all at the same time..... so there we have the cold hard embarrassing facts. This kind of stupid & greedy behavior is what put me at this weight. So I decided I best own up to it & see if I can't learn how to be the master of my food urges & not just my cigarette urges. If I don't learn these skills I will never get anywhere but fatter.
So you see, loves to eat, a piece of bread 3-4 times a day to take your med's can be the least of our problems on this journey.

Glad you had a nice birthday Kathleen!! And I know it is hard getting back to working full time & still having time for the rest of your life. I'm at part time hours but scattered across 5 days so that I don't have any real home time until late afternoon and I still don't have a grip on fitting things in. And as you've heard me ramble on before I can be pretty whiny about it....lol !!!

Hope you got your room arranged the way you want it Teresa. Shifting rooms is tiring. Remember in my youth (& when I was not fat) I could move a whole room around in a afternoon & not be tired or sore.....if I could get the weight off I would be better at such projects I'm sure. I have made a couple quick stops at the store to get a few items to keep us a couple more days but have not done an actual shopping. Have a couple more weeks till taxes are due and about a week after that we go on vacation so not much sense doing a big shopping at that point. I do have some good food here to eat if I'd leave the pizza & toast alone........

Dh is home so I need to get him some dinner & then do some laundry while I watch the baseball game. Will check in before bed to see how ya'll are doing

Thursday

Hey, Everyone--

I guess this is our week to eat off diet! I have had a chocolate craving and even tho I have the lc bars, I had some choc mousse yesterday and a piece of chocolate torte today. It was flourless, so that helps, but I sure don't need the calories.

Corrisann, I know what it is to love gooey warm yummy pizza crust! It's impossible to resist. You can't just eat one, so you have to try not to be around it. I always feel sick after, too. But what can we say--we just have to keep trying until we finally get in control. If we were able to eat like those who are not overweight, and just have one or two pieces, we wouldn't have a problem! For me, if I start eating bread, I start craving more, then I overeat and I feel awful, plus have more physical pain, and my weight shoots up.

It's been helpful to me to look at bread and starches not so much as forbidden foods that will make me gain, but more as things that are poisons to me and will cause me physical pain. And that is the truth for me. Sugar isn't so much of an issue for me, and actually doesn't cause me to gain weight if I keep calories under control, but starches really do it! I don't know if this way of looking at it might help you Corrisann; all I know is we have to keep trying, because if we don't...well, you know what will happen!

Anyway, it's good to fess up and unburden yourself--I think it helps clear the way, release the guilt so you don't go on a guilt binge! 5 pieces of pizza isn't the end of the world--it's only one meal.

I'm glad you've been able to get to the store and get some things you like now. Too bad your schedule is so difficult right now, but at least you can catch a break here and there.

Kathleen, good to hear that you had a fun birthday! Birthdays are excluded from dieting! Yeah! Are you still enjoying your job? What kind of work do you do in the office?

Guess what--my dh wants to go see a play tonight! It's End Game. Probably not one of my favorites, but I'm just excited to be going out! He's usually too tired in the evenings to do anything, so we just sit and watch TV and that gets to be so routine and uncreative. It's up at the University which is only a few minutes up the hill from here, so it's not a long drive or anything. I'll let you know how it turns out.

B - egg yolk, spinach, sausage
L - trout, cherry tomatoes, small choc torte
D - prawns, zucchini
S - almonds, cr ch

WOW Everybody has been soo busy!! Corrisann I can't believe you ate pizza too yesterday!! We also have lil ceasers but ours are even cheaper!! $5.00 each!! But I had popa johns.........my favorite! It's a long story but aren't they all?? My daughtyer moved back from the Galveston area and moved in here with us (we were just getting used to having it to our selves!) Any way my dh went to get her (she was staying at her dad's and things were not working out so I could not listen to the drama any more. We told her she has 60 days to get her act together. Well all this took place over the last 2 days and since then things have really been in a tizzy!! Needless to say no one felt like cooking after moving and we just ordered pizza! Boy it was good! Then the folks at work had bought me a STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE!!! Of all the desserts I love that one the most since I am not big on sweets but how could I say no??????? So this week is shot BUT I am getting back to routine or I will be so mad at myself!!! I have to keep going! It's back to the basics for me. I am going to make some revolution rolls and have all my stuff ready to eat so I don't cheat. Now it will be harder than ever with a 2 year old around. You gotta have snacks for him! Well I will try to catch up on the rest later. I am still tired. Teresa you sound like you are going to really enjoy getting out!! Hope the play was fun! Love to eat- I am glad to see you are getting well! Talk to you later

your turn

Well Kathleen it seems like it is your turn to be adult child crazy....LOL!!! At least you have a grandchild to enjoy in the midst of it all! Good luck girl! Cheesecake may not trigger you as much since it is just the sugar that is off. Not the starchy sugars like pizza crust. We have the $5 one here too but it is the regular crust which doesn't tempt me near as much as the deep dish crust. You are so close to 20lbs off that you will be beyond mad at yourself if you put it back on!! Maybe a note taped to your bathroom mirror to see first thing in the morning & one to the fridg that just have the # 20 written on them, so at a galance you can go yeah that's right & stay straight. I used some such tricks to keep myself encouraged when I was quitting smoking. Also they will be gone in 2 months & you don't want to be standing on the porch waving good bye with your lost 20lbs back & hanging around your middle......

Our successes in life are a mind game when you think about it. I feel like I am getting my fingers around the mind part finally & know that the food control part can only start happening long term when I get the mind part together!! So make those rev rolls & get that sf free jello in the fridg with your can of whipped cream so you & grandson can eat a legal treat together Kathleen. Last time I got a real good handle on the eating & lost 30lbs in a few months but put it back on cause I didn't have a new mind set. I know we're all heard this stuff before but I am just starting to implement it.

Dh might be going to an afternoon shift for a while--kind of odd for a design postion but co's are doing strange things now. He'd work 4pm-2am 4 days a week. Was wondering if that would hinder or help me as I'd not really see him those 4 days. He'll know just before we go on vacation. Kathleen do you do better or worse when dh is off on a rig job?

Teresa you are right that bread starches are poisons for me. They trigger me real bad & put me on a kick of eating bread after bread after bread.....think that's where so much of my weight gain came from. When I did this woe before I was so shocked when those cravings left completely!!! And they were gone after just 4 or 5 days on induction. Now I just have to have 5 straight days of not even one bite of a cheat to get back in the groove....you wouldn't think that would be so hard to do!!!! And I'm really struggling with that mind set of, well you're gonna be on vacation soon so why bother till after....but that means this is a diet not a woe & I know I have to somehow get over this hump too!! Thin folks doen't think of their vacations in terms of food/eating & I too need to think about the trip activities not what food I will be eating.....lordy what would my world be like if I wasn't always eating or thinking about eating 24/7

Thanks for letting me rattle on girls--this thinking/keying really is helping me learn & keep focused!! Hope it's not boring you all to death!!

Teresa how was the play? Same story line as the movie when Michael Cain?? Love plays!! Too bad we don't all live local so we could see a play & have a legal dinner together!! Is that choc torte in your menu a legal one that you can share the recipe or brand with us???

Loves to eat how are those egg cravings coming?? I know all your kiddies keep you going non-stop but try & pop in everyday with a few words to help keep your mind set on track too!!

Ok ladies I will finally shut up now....LOL!!! Have a great Fri

Friday nite

Hi gals--

Well the play was fun, but I have to say it was rather abstruse! A Samuel Beckett play, Endgame. An existential thing about an irascible, pessimistic old man and his caretaker. You might have gotten a big kick out of that, Corrisann! I don't know about a Michael Cain movie, but I do like him. Anyway, I was very pleased to have gone to something special like that. It was part of the Shakespeare festival at UC Santa Cruz, so the acting was very good.

Kathleen, it seems like everybody's daughters come back to live with them at some point! Two of my best friends' daughters are living with them right now--and they're both in their 40's! And one of them moved her whole family in for a year so they could rent out their own house and save money! I don't know why my friend puts up with this. I hope you and your daughter get along well, and she finds work and can get back on her feet. It's tough being a single mom; we've probably all had to do it at one time!

I also hope you are going to be able to resist those snacks that might be around for your grandson! Don't let anything like chips and crackers or cookies in the house! Give him healthy snacks. We have to stay on our woe or we'll never get there! We've had our fun this week with our pizzas and our chocolate desserts; now we have to get tough, right....? (No, seriously!)

Corrisann, the flourless chocolate torte was from a restaurant, but I bet you can find a recipe for it on the internet. It actually did not make my weight go up; I had a small piece. I think I'll see if I can find a recipe, too! I sure know what you are talking about when you say you're thinking about food 24/7. That's been me, too, but I'm finding other interests now, and thinking about food a little less. It will go away as we continue to establish a pattern of eating under control.

Kathleen, have a wonderful time with your daughter and grandson; I know it will be challenging, but I know you'll enjoy having them, too!

B - egg yolk, spinach, sausage
L - salad, spinach seafood burritos, no tortilla
D - roast chicken, chard
S - almonds, lc choc, cr ch

FINALLY A MINUTE

Well ladies I finally have a minute to sit and chat. It has been non stop since Tuesday! My grandson is so cute and his mother and I do get a long pretty good. We are very close but, when she was here before we fought and my husband told her if we fight, she’s gone. She also has her boyfriend with her, they are serious and he had just moved down from Dallas and relocated to be with her so we let him come too, I figured it will help her in the long run. The job market is not too bad here and he will be able to find work soon. They just left to go to the valley to see his family for the holiday so I have a few days to myself. It is so much easier for me to stay on plan when there is no one else here! But I told the kids they were going to be on their own for meals and my daughter doesn’t expect me to wait on them. However it is more expensive if they eat like I ate. You can get by on some shrimp for one pretty cheap but shrimp for four is another story!! Thank goodness I bought some at the auction. My favorite is bacon wrapped.

I am making my revolution rolls tonight. I am also going to do enchiladas (with egg crepes)or that Southwestern Taco Soup sometime this weekend. I have been craving Mexican food and those are both on plan. Don’t feel bad, I also think about food 24/7. That’s why we are here!! I have also heard of flourless cake. If I find the recipe I will share. The later part of the week was not as bad as the middle. I stayed on plan Friday and today and once I get the rolls finished I will do better. Being able to eat a sandwich or burger is really nice. You guys should really try them, they are a big help in being satisfied.

Any time you want to ramble on Corrisann you go right ahead. I love to read what you write. And it does help to talk about the changes we experience over this re-shaping of our minds and foods. Now if our bodies would pay attention we would have it made!!

Today’s Menu
B- Coffee w/cream, ham and Swiss in a pita w/mayo
L- Salad w/tomato and turkey
D-Bacon wrapped shrimp and grilled chicken and eggplant
s-almonds or jello

untill later,
Kathleen

Well here 1 day of our 3 day weekend is already gone....we drove out to a nature center & then came home & did laundry & baked a german choc cake for the bbq tomorrow. My fridg has had an odor to it this past week & I finally got everything pulled out of it & washed the inside good. Figured my son had spilled something in it....it still has a faint smell....any ideas?? Pulled it away from the wall & cleaned good behind it too. Never really saw anything just a few crumbs & drips. So now I'm puzzled...

Yeah shrimp for 4 can add up pretty quick LOL!! No one here but me likes shrimp so I can treat myself at a pretty decent cost. You'll have to put yours in the fridg with your name on it like we did in the dorm, ha! Course now everyone takes their own small fridg---where's the fun in that??

Teresa that was not the plot of the movie at all. Beckett will have been much more serious. Being so close to the festival it's a shame you didn't get to see several plays.

Everything seems to be chopped up still so I am struggling with eating correct all the time. Those off moments 3-4 times a week sure will keep those lbs from departing! Have been trying to remember what I did before....think I was just really into it cause the lbs were finally leaving. So I did not even want to eat off plan. Need to find that mind set again. Course I started about 2 days after we came back from our vacation, not 2 weeks before I went, Ha!! Know having the food made ahead really helped, on that you are correct Kathleen. Just don't seem to have been able to put the money & time on the same schedule ya know LOL!!! Will only be eating breakfast at home tomorrow and then won't be back till Mon evening. And then Wed & Thur I will be gone all day & having to eat out or at the mercy of others cooking.....so I guess I'm still working out this stage of the game. I think I will scroll back thru & get those recipes Kathleen & make a point of getting things made no matter what! I was remembering an almond crisp that I use to make that was like a snack cracker & they went well with cheese or tuna salad, think I even saw a sticky for it after all this time.

You ladies enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend! I will be home & able to check in Mon nite
corrisann
todays menu:
B=coffee w/cream bacon cheese tomatoe slices
L=diet pop
D=more bacon cheese & tomatoes
S=lf w/splenda choc pudding cup (I know this is not legal, I need to get some choc or ice cream that is)

I read sometime during all the commotion w/ ds home that popcorn was actually a good lc snack. It has so much fiber in it that the net carb count was low & of course the butter was ok. You would need to dig out your popper & make it yourself I think. Have to find that info again cause that sure would help me! Yummmy popcorn!

Sat. evening

Happy holiday weekend, ladies!

Nice you are finally catching a break, Kathleen--it is so hard to stay with our woe when we are having guests! Good for you for telling them they are on their own for meals; that was smart. My friend has ended up cooking for her entire family because her 40-something daughter "doesn't cook"! Needless to say, my friend is exhausted. But like you, she does enjoy having the grandchildren around, and she gets along well with her daughter and husband.

I don't know if I mentioned that my husband's oldest son and family are visiting for the holiday. They've got a 17 yr. old daughter and an 11 yr. old son. Nice kids, and we're happy to see them. My husband has 3 sons from his first marriage. All the men are married, and two have a boy and a girl apiece. I have a daughter from my first marriage, and two granddaughters. Then my dh and I had a daughter. She's been living in Granada, Spain for over a year now--I really miss her! So we have 5 grown children between us, and 6 grandkids.

Glad you were able to get back on plan after your birthday, Kathleen! Especially with everything that's been going on--we can't let ourselves be off plan for very many days at a time.

Corrisann, did you enjoy the nature center and get to take a walk? Will your dh walk with you? How are your feet feeling? You know, if you're struggling to stay on program, it really helps if you can exercise. I hope you will be able to get some in this week, if even a few minutes. I went to the gym today; dh and I always go on Saturdays. I have to really watch what and how much I eat this weekend with eating out. I've done a lot better this week because we roasted another chicken and have eaten dinner at home all week. One thing that has also helped is that I started using a smaller plate! It looks filled up and I have found that it's enough food. We'll see how long this lasts!

Hope you all are having a great weekend!

B - egg yolk, spinach, sausage
L - salad, melon, turkey, beef brisket
D - roast chicken, chard, lc choc
S - almonds, cr ch

Two days gone already and it’s still raining. If you were a tourist you would think this is paradise as green as it is here. We have had a month of rain in July and then this last week and another week of rain forecasted! At least it is not the torrential like last month.

Sounds like you are both having a really nice holiday weekend. I am going up to the lodge for a cookout. I ate earlier so I would not be hungry, but if I want I can have some chicken or salad or a bun less burger. We aren’t doing it as a fundraiser just a get together for members. Since the kids and dh are gone I thought I would make an afternoon out of it.

I got my rolls done and the enchiladas finished. The enchiladas were great and only 4 carbs per serving and I have enough for two more meals. I grilled extra chicken last night so that’s in the fridge too. Speaking of fridges, Corrisann you might check the pan under the fridge that holds the water. Sometimes something can get in there and make it smell. I hope you find whatever it is! I hate to have something like that, drives you crazy.

Well enjoy the your company and the have fun at the lake. Teresa seems like you have a big family too. We have 5 kids between us also. The oldest of my husbands are grown
(24 & 22) and live around Florida. We don't see them too much. I will try to check in tomorrow. I may have to go get the kids in the valley, about a six hour drive round trip. Thank God my dh left me the new truck!!

Today’s Menu
B-coffee w/cream, enchiladas
L-Taco Salad-Diet coke
D-grilled chicken and some type of veggies

all gone....

Well it's 8:30pm so basically our holiday weekend is done....pooh!!! Too bad the work days don't fly by so quickly!
Seems like your food is laid out for the week Kathleen. That should help you towards that 20lb total!! I just went thru the kitchen & made a basic list of what can be eaten this week. Tomorrow I'm working 2 clients so that I can have Wed off to visit with my brother who will be in from WY on business Tues/Wed. So I will pack a cooler to keep me on track. Then Wed I just have to be resolved to eat as carefully as I can around whatever happens during my brothers visit. Hope we eat out so I can pick my food rather than try to eat around what my mom made.... mainly I want to enjoy my brother.
I did ok this weekend...which of course means I could have done better/could have done worse....which equals getting nowhere fast!!!
Hope you enjoyed your time at the lodge Kathleen!! And your time minus the kids....ha!! After all those fund raisers you guys all need to just relax & enjoy each other!
Such nice big families you 2 have!!! Makes me jealous cause we are so small!! Enjoy them!
Well I need to go get lunches packed & my clothes all set for tomorrow.
Have a good back to work Tues!!!

Labor Day is Over

Boo-hoo, it's over. We had a great time w/ our company. We talked and talked and talked! Hadn't seen them since early January. We ate 3 meals out w/them, and I did really well! They had french fries, which were set right in front of me and I didn't even taste! I knew if I had just one I'd be a goner. Dinner out and even tho it was really late and I was hungry, I only ate half my steak, and gave my scalloped potatoes to dh--I love those, too, darn! Third meal was at a bakery and I resisted getting a pastry dessert; I am so proud of myself. I just hope it shows up on the scale this week.

Sounds like you gals had a real nice weekend, too, and kept things in check! Homemade enchiladas sound so yummy, Kathleen. Are they easy to make? What goes around them; did you say egg crepes? Can you make those without flour? Enchiladas are one of my favorites. There's a Mexican restaurant I've been going to for years that had really great enchiladas with special, different sauces they make, some with cream in them, and using different kinds of chiles--I'm addicted, but fortunately am able to not eat the tortilla part.

Corrisann, did you have fun at your friends' house on the lake? Hopefully they had some nice lowcarb stuff for you. Sounds like you are really going to enjoy your brother's visit. Has it been awhile since you've seen him? I have two older brothers; one in Iowa and one in Indiana. I have'nt seen the one who lives in Iowa in probably 20 years! It's just such a hard state to get to, and he doesn't travel. I think I'd better make the effort! Hope you have a great time!

Kathleen, how'd you fare at the lodge this weekend? It's nice you had just a fun, low-key get-together--you all have been working hard lately!

B - egg yolk, sausage, spinach
L - meatballs, cole slaw
D - tuna, mayo, zucchini and yellow squash
S - lc choc, almonds, cr ch
