I paid bills yesterday. Yuck. Now i'm broke. LOL
I buy All Natural Skippy peanut butter, I use to buy the lc Peter Pan but their still not carrying it since the recall. Dryer broke last night so I have to run to laundry mat as soon as daughter gets home from soccer practice. Fun. New dryer not being delivered until NEXT sunday (16th). Ugh Oh went to Girl Scout meeting last night. They want me to be cookie mom. I told them NO WAY, to tempting. Thank goodness they all understood, plus that to much being the 2nd leader and then doing cookie mom. Got on scale at 9:30 am and I am at 217. That's not to bad for having such a BAD CHEAT day yesterday. Today I'm going to be really good. Paula - what is the 1 min muffin? I'll try anything that only takes a minute. BF: 2 HB eggs w/ mayo L: Tuna w/ Mayo on lettuce leaf D: Roast - not sure of veggie have to run to store potatoes and carrots for kids and hubby S: SF Jello What do you have for snacks? Do you eat snacks?

Hi Ladies! Thought that I would check in real quick. In the middle of packing. We have clothes from one end of the house to the other.
![]() Just finished lunch. I went to Subway and bought 2 Club Salads and 2 bottles of soda. Cost $16! I coulda bought some wonderful salad stuff for that. But, I am not griping too much. It was pretty good. This morning I weighed in at 169. I am hoping that by the time I get back I am not over 175. ![]() This time tomorrow, I will be in Florida! Woo-hoo!

Stacy you know you cant come back to us and say youve gained that much~
I think you will do fine.. surely you could munch out on fruits and such and not dive into rich cakes etc, do you have a plan for holding out or you planning on indulging while gone???? Nosey here!~ Just make sure you get pics while your on vacation, then post on fridge to keep ya on track... If we dont get to say goodbye tomorrow.. I hope you all have a safe trip and enjoy every inch of the boat~! HUgs Girl!~ Justine, there's a post for the 1 minute muffin I think on the recipe boards , I just posted how I alternate ingreds. Its awesome and dont cause me to stall, good for the pipes too. 1/3 cup almond or flax meal(fine) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg 1 pk splenda 1 teas cinnamon 1 teas butter ( I use EVOO) Now Im guessing at the ingreds... its just how I do it. But I use torani sf syrups about 1 to 2 teas but will make them more moist. you add all that together and put in a coffee cup and zap it 1 min in the microwave.. ck the board for watts.. cuz all are diff. I use a huge coffee cup and just add a bit more meal... it comes out big enough to cut into four slices if you lay it out sideways. I'll see if I can find the post I just did today and put it on here.... back in a few! me!

YOu can find flax meal in the same section where you find flour, its usually in a box, brown... something mills. Or you can get the bob's red mill in the baking isle or health food section.
Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flax seed meal is darkest and more course. I use it as a filler. Or add it to recipes when I want to add fiber. That brand also has finer grounds, just havent bought them yet. HOdgson MIll MIlled flax seed is a medium course, more flakey not as heavy and I'd use this for the 1 min but, What I use is a finely ground Health food store's no name package. Its fine, more like flour, and I really like it. So if you can find something thats not so course, I think you'd like it better. All are about 2.89 or less than 3.oo per bag or box. Almond flour is harder to find. Bob Red Mill has it, but its like 9.99 to 12.99. All need to be refridgerated or the flax seed will go bad. Try to find flax seed fine milled. Its different, but when you play with ingreds and find a way to sweeten it enough for your taste, I think you will like it. Ive even used the courser meal to sprinkle on the bottom of pie pan when I make a SF LC cheesecake. I just add splenda and butter and press. Its not the best thing but it keeps the bottom from sticking. Just play around with it. It just takes some time to get use to the taste. |

Got on scale last night (naked) 215..that was at 12:00 at night.
Husband told me that he finally notices the lose, not by looking at me but when we were doing the nasty. I had to laugh. Well I could only find the flax meal so that is what i used. It was pretty dry but still tasted ok. I put butter on it and i switched out the cinnamon for pumpkin spice but i only used 1/2 i think i'll add more next time. Also, how much granulated splenda = a packets of splenda? lunch i had roast and fried mushrooms..yum. Not sure what i'm doing for dinner. I bought peppers and crab dip so i'm thinking something like that since it's really hot here. |

Justine, Im sorry I didnt get to answer you yesterday
. We were having company over that evening and I started cleaning house around 8am and didnt stop till 5pm . The house looks great, all clean and th ings put away but Im a limp rag.LOL on the NAsty... youre funny!! I'm too tired as of right now. If you weighted 215 at night.. youve got a possible 3 to 4 less for the morning... I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.. gosh I know how it feels to be at one spot in weight and trying your best to keep at this WOE... Youre gonna start moving those numbers down... I promise~ I havent weighted in... but at night its been around 197. which puts me around 194 in the mornings but Ive held that for awhile. I went back over all of our posts here... laughing along the way.. gathering up my weights and dates that I posted them.. its been a steady decline but lots of ups and downs... but its encourging to see it coming down. Work at those muffins. the recipes says 1 pk of splenda, but I also use stevia also... I use my syrups Torani to sweeten them too. They are dry etc when you first start out but once you tweak it to your taste, they are awesome. I did once use an old microwave muffin pan to (circle) to make a batch.. found for 25cents at a yardsale. I doubled the recipe and had plently of muffins to save for later.. I need to make me some.. the pipes are messed up from me messing with the laxatives the other day.. I knnow better but thats one of my bad habits.. Id love to try those teas that dont kill ya... BF: pepperoni L: nuttin too busy D: Pork Roast pulled and baked for BBQ used Kraft light.. cant find the carbwell no more! Cole slaw, they had baked beans. I skipped those. Had to make my slaw separate , some ppl cant handle splenda etc. I walked today.. my leggs are killing me.. Ive got to do something.. vitamin wise,... My hubby actually went with me early yesterday morning.. took 2 dogs with us.. I was so shocked he wanted to go with me.. something's going on...????? He did decline this morning... wasnt as easy as he thougth I guess. ![]() Okay, Im back to surfin the boards... More later~! Paula |

Man it was hot today..I didn't weigh i'll do it tomorrow.
Was way busy had to run to old house to clean up yard and box up more stuff to move and use washer and dryer (grandmother's bit the dust - hasn't had this much action in decades). Yuck but I was sweating by the time we left. Then came back to grandmothers house and help DH cover the boat, then ran to CVS. I'm spent. Did well today. B: Dunkin Donuts - southwest omlete w/ bacon (gave kids the bread) L: A bite of oatmeal cookie. Honest a bite. D: chili and chicken breast Not enough water drank to much dt soda and a couple of sips of sprite. *On sad note grandmother is seeing hallucinations/angels whatever you believe in. I believe ANGELS..she was visited by several people over friday and saturday. I felt so bad because it really scared her. I tried to confort her, I called her pastor and he came over. She's really losing her strength and is so painfully thin. Have to figure out how i'm going to start preparing the kids. |

Gosh Justine, I don't know what to tell you as far as the kids, just besides being honest.
I've always felt letting them know they are dying but its like they are going to sleep. I've read the account of Jesus going to Lazarus ( John 11:11-14, 23-26), comparing to death to an unconscious sleep. Sometimes thats easier on kids because its something they can understand. (Ecclesiastes 9:5) Is good scripture for letting them know she isnt hurting etc. (Acts 17:31) Speaks of a ressurrection and just tell them they will see her again one day. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers.. I'm sure it will rough but you will get through it. Just let us know what we can do to help, even if you just need us to listen. Hugs girl~ |

Yes! Im still internet connected.. !
Aint gone yet! Justine your picture is adorable! When was that taken??? Glad to see the stats moving... Told ya!~ yesterday was horrible... just anything that could go wrong did, and I felt like anxiety attacks all day. I must have drank too much coffee or something. havent done that it a long time... might be the CLA/GLA Im trying out. I've read the board about how it can help move the fat off the stomach. I think its working but its only been 3 days. I've not weighted because of the stress. I did get my walk in.. thinking it will help... I think the bills are getting to me. Its always like that at the beginning of the month, just more little things tossed in.. Okay Im done rambling. Hope things are better at your home. how is your grandmother? the kids? YOu? take care of yourself. wish I could say something to make it better. ![]() More later. paula BF: pepperoni L: Taco salad leftoveres D: No telling.. maybe steak! Cheap steak.. hehehe |

Morning.. wonder how Stacy is doing..
Been watching the weather and just hope the ship is on the other side of gulf coast, hope they are having a good time. Scales have been crazy this morning.. 190.5 then 192. If I try again it will go to 194. So Im gonna keep 193 and just not worry till this weekend. My bottom has been sore from walking.. I guess picking up speed and its finally doing some good. I hope thats what it is.. my back has been itchy for 4 days now, in one spot. Ive had shingles before and hope its not coming back.. will itch for 3 or 4 days then break out in painful tiny sores/spots. Ive never had it up my back before. I know stress can aggrevate it.. Off to find new recipes to try out.. dd13 is doing good on her vegaterian thing. Ive picked up a few boca foods and she hasnt been tempted to eat meat so far.. I did it for 1.5 years but gained weight because cream cheese danishes never hurt an animal.. lol.. She's lost 4lbs so far. More later! Paula |

Hi All,
I am still in CA. Mom passed away on 9/6. It was the most peaceful and beautiful passing...just miss her very much. I know what you are going through now Justine. My little 8 yearl old grand niece was here most of the time and was very upset. We explained that Great Grandma was not leaving forever and yes, we would be seeing each other again. We also said that she would always be in our hearts. The hallucinations can be funny and also very frightening...ours were more on the funny side. I will keep you all in my prayers. We will probably be here for another week and then the long drive home to TN. You guys are awesome and KUTGW. >^.,.^<
