Looking for a Penpal...

Wow I feel like I'm writing a personal ad

Anyway, I live on the central coast of California. I'm married and have 3 kids, a 9 y.o. step son, 9 y.o. son, and 3 year old daughter. I've been overweight most of my life, almost as long as I can remember. 5 years ago, as a single mom, I started Atkins, and lost over 80 pounds, boy did I feel good.. around that time, my old high school sweetheart (from 15 years back) got ahold of me from out of the blue! We decided to meet for coffee and haven't been apart a day since.

We got married and in 2003 I had my daughter. Unfortunately, I also gained back most of my weight. Everything in my life changed, and had been really stressful, so I didn't come back 'home' to Atkins until now.

So let me know if you're interested. I'm involved in challenges on the boards, and those are wonderful people in there... but sometimes I feel lost in the sea.

Thanks for responding! Sometimes I just feel lost on these boards... don't get me wrong, these people are GREAT, but I think I needed a little more one on one motivation. My family is great and all, but they just don't understand.. so please tell me about yourself...
