need a penpal

i would like to have a penpal for recipe swapping and encouragement. I need to lose at least 80 lbs. If anyone is interested in penpaling holler at me.

I am interested in having someone to post daily with and have 105lbs left to hit goal. I am eating about 25 to 30 carbs daily as I don't do well with 0 carbs being a diabetic and taking Metformin ER. I am also in the Valentine's Day Hotties challenge - are you? Hope to hear from you!

MrsMac, just wanted to see how you are doing today. I sort of blew it yesterday and some key lime pie so today I am trying to make up for it.
Just had my scramble egg this morning and coffee and lunch I have some tuna salad made up so I am eating small today.

Still have not heard back from my doctor about my MRI I had so I cannot exercise any till I find out about that yet..I am still hurting in my leg bad to and its hard to walk but as soon as I feel better i want to get back in the pool and swim and get my exercise again.

Gope you are not where all the ice storms are. It got cold here and thats strange for us to be this cold here. Our weather has been crazy this year.

Will be here for wahile so I hope you will be posting.

Hope you are doing fine, I like you slipped this passed week and it has cost me 5 lbs! So I am starting fresh today I havent even ate anything yet right now i am in the process or the oven is of making a low carb chicken cordon blue casserole. Hoping it will turn out ok! I know it gets aggrevating waiting on test results. i know i hear compliants I work in a hospital! I hope the weather will soon be sunny in Fla. Been along time since i been to pensacola probably since the mid 90's. I visited a church conference there. Take care have a good lowcarbing day! mrs. mac
