43 Year Old Male Needing To Lose 52 More Pounds

Its been awhile since I was 200 pounds but I got there and stayed there for 2 years on the Low Carb thing. I would love to e-mail back and forth with someone on the same path as me to lose 52 in the next 12 months at the most.

Welcome Gregg. I have been low carbing since yr. 2000 and have lost most my weight but still want to lose some more though. I am still eating low carb but have added some bran and some whole wheat to my diet now and am doing good with it. Even lost six pounds over the Holidays but I did have a bad virus though and I think that had alot to do with losing that weight because I did eat a few things then that I should not have eaten.

Gregg, sorry to hear you were sick. I was down myself for awhile to with a cancer scare but it all turned out ok for me thank God.
Hope you are doing better.

What can I do to help you with the weight? I am still working on losing thes last 50 lbs. of mine..I am watching my portion sizes now and that has helped me alot not to over eat.
