good for you T! Spinach and chicken, and salad, not so bad...the kids ended up wanting old fashion oats, so I made them some and I had a small bowl with splenda. This AM I made up by having salad with a slice of roast beef, we're all mixed up here, lol. Anyway, think I will take the kiddos to go play at the mall, we haven't been there to hella long time.

hi gurls....things here are busy, I took another class yesterday it was my favorite yet. GREAT class....she was really impressed with form and how well I did it, I want to certify myself and not have the YMCA own me, ya know? I am really digging it. My intake is a normal portion but I drink alcohol very well so I take in probably 1500-2500 cal a day, depending. I know it wont be long and I will creep up if I dont keep exercising. Rebecca and I are going to up the cardio, theres a zumba class - I told you two about...so thats fun. we'll try that this weekend I think.

Jenn is great, thanks for asking Ash. We're going for sushi tomorrow night. She is an excellent cook and likes to do things fresh and low cal when she can.

Alcohol calories suck. I notice I do fine if I stay with red wine..anything else sends me over! bugg!

I've had a protein day with my 1 hr exercise. I may go for a walk tonight but I really need to get a yoga or something else in during the week.

Oh for Mother's Day no special plans. I think I'll be taking my mom out for sure but I don't want anyone to do anything for me...oh wait...my family can clean that house and that's good enuf for me

well, didn't buy anything, my PB is still closed, darn it all to you know where. They have been remodeling for what seems forever. Not like I'd buying up the store but I need some more ispiration, plus when they have clearance, ya just never know when you'll get lucky!

Mo's Day, nada here either, E is going to be super busy, special menus morning and night, mom's gone, so I think it'll be just me and the kids and Caro. Normally I'd say we would go out to have lunch or dinner, but I feel like last week we ate out plenty, so I think we will make a special dinner here at home, but try to keep it light.

So far today I have had two salads, and on the way by cinnabon, they had a sample of their new cinnabon holes, so I snagged one of those. They are really good, all warm and gooey....alas. Just forget that last sentance cause it might make you start craving them

Hi ladies. Hope your Mothers day was great! Mine was relaxing spent it with my mom in the morning and stela til 3 then Kate picked her up. Jenny came over to cook for me, caprese salad and chicken breasts she breaded in her own herbs - she has the coolest herb garden, its a machine, Ash have you seen??? They grow like 10 things, the top raises as they grow its like 200 bucks but really really cool. Anyway, it was good.

Work is getting annoying - I still have no leads but am applying somewhere today, finally got my resume all souped up again....that's a job.

I cant wait to see what you have to say about Buble T. I have been stupid busy but lets talk about it.

HUNGOVER , you could say that, me just a little, but Caro went to work and had to come back cause she just couldn't hold down anything. She was flabbergasted how she couldn't aguantarse But all was golden, we played music on our computer, 80's, current, rock, danced and sang our own kareoke versions. She says in Mexico she could drink 12 of the liter bottle of beer and dance the night away and be just fine the morning...I told her that's cause it was in mexico, where they water everything down, beer and gas alike, lol. Anyway, yeah I slept till noon yesterday, E got the kids breakfast, amazed since he drank too, then we went out and had big spicy bowls of soup. So that was that Hope you two had just as awsome a day!

Today, E's car is in the shop so I had to take him to work then I ran a bunch of errands.

Hey girls!! So how is all your weathers? Ours has been great, yesterday was 99!! That was a little too hot, had to actually turn on the air, but today is going to be a perfect 80! We haven't hardly been home all week, running here and there, what a whirlwind. The 29th I am heading back to PA for 10 days with my mom, can you imagine that, a whole 10 days with no kids or hubby, I am going to missing them like crazy! I only wish it was going to be on better circumstances, my grandpa was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer.

I'm here girls, just really busy. It's a heat wave out that way, eh? It's cooler here....60's, 70's...perfect. Things are good....tomorrow is my one year anniversary of my surgery. Cant believe it went so quickly. Still dont have my computer hooked up at home thats why I have to email you here - and it's hard, we're trying to wrap up stuff which means a lot more work, 1500 + charts to COPY and deliver, on top of our normal work and annoying patients.

have any big holiday plans? We are getting together with a couple from Des Moines, friends of Jennys this Friday and a bday hawaiian party that night, cookout sat and prob. monday, otherwise, just helping Jenny get settled in her house...

I am going to be moving in with jena I think, in July. The time has come to leave my house...my sister will take over....when Jenny gets back from Iraq in a yr we'll be together, so - until then, it's time for me to go I think....save some money, etc.

OK lovelies....hope you're doing well. I had some extensions in over the weekend, will try to show you - they looked amazing, it was fun.

I'm excited bcuz I wanted tickets to this concert called "freestyle revolution" at the honda center and R surprised me and brought them home yesterday. It's groups like Stevie B, Lisa Lisa, Nocera, Naughty By Nature..remember 1988? I loved that stuff. Well girls I finally signed the paperwork last night to do the pool. I got a bargain deal at $27,000. I really hope they do a good job for me. It should be done in 3 weeks.

hey girls. back to the grind today. Jenny and I had a great long weekend, dinner (sushi - LOVE it) with her friends from out of town on friday, then to Copia, a martini bar I love....they put this insanity hot sauce in my bloody mary and none of us could drink it...they didnt throw it out, the bartenders drank it (ew) and came to my table an hr later saying it took 4 of them an hr to get through just one....I was killing it til my ears started getting hot..lol. Anyway, it was fun, sat. we had a cookout with Jennys friends that have 4 kids between them, stela had fun, we grilled out and watched the UFC fights, we all fell asleep...lol...wow, really getting old, perhaps? Then Sunday we had an evening to ourselves, she got her new bed, we had some FUN if you know what I mean, and I know you both do, we sat on the deck and grilled, drank, it was a nice night. yesterday was a cookout at my moms then out to her parents.....we did get some storms and tornados, just not in my town. It was SO hot and sticky here yesterday and now its cold.

I have to start dieting better, I am getting outta control - it's the alcohol calories I think. SO, it's sticking to protein more and getting my fat but back to pilates.

Yeah I try to keep the alcohol to weekends only but even then you have to work it off during the week. I'm am excited and getting ready to go Napa on Friday morning. I'm ready for a little getaway even though I won't be around to see what those guys are doing in my backyard for a couple days.

Hi girls, I have thought about ou two everyday! Our good computer was messed up again, be luke (oh that little devil, lol) so I hadn't wanted to turn on our old one cause it is so slow to boot up, but yesterday I did again, now it will just be on, till I figure out what Luke did with the otherone.

Maya's party was on Sat, it went so well, and just one girl ended up spending the night, so that was even better, cause they went to bed at 11:30.

Tomarrow I leave to PA to see my grandpa, as much as I love the thrill of packing and getting to airport and flying, I am kind of dreading this trip. It will be the first time I leave my kids behind al by myself. And on top of that, it is probably the last time I'll see my grandpa.

T, I see you are doing really well on getting your weight down there, almost 30 pounds!! Very impressive, I think you finally had your "this is it" moment. I am so happy!

Jina, yesterday when I finally got online, I peaked at your myspace, dang girl, you really got some collar bones going on!!! Your face is so much thinner that even the last time you posted pics. And as always, you look like you are having so much fun!

I don't leave till late morning tomarrow, so I will try to get in here before I leave. My mom said she was going to take her laptop, so if we can get to a wifi spot I'll be able to get on.
