I am here now. Got a late start to the day and then went to Whole Foods to get some stuff and then grabbed a bite to eat and here it is 3 pm already! Where does the time go. I feel like I am playing catch up on my life since I have been so sick for so long. The laundry was starting to crawl to washer itself,lol. Getting back into the swing of things.

For late breakfast I had a turkey and lf cheese omelette. It was good and way filling. Dinner is going to be some pork in green sauce, I have a ton of tomatillos to use up.

I am going to go to Youtube and find a vid or two.

good morning. That kimkins has my curiousity peeked for sure!! I weighed in at 187. BOY, I am getting so damn tired of this stupid place. Been stagnant here for a long time. SO, I am working that ped's office tomorrow for another flu clinic, then Bran is coming down and we are doing trivia night w/ Jena and Mark. It's pretty serious, and I pretty much SUCK at anything other than pop culture but the drinking will be fun,

SO, Ash glad your better and ready to tackle that laundry. Yippie, right?

Friday already again. I am beyond wanting to weigh Fridays, what about you T? We don't need to pressure ourselves. I just watched some of the videos on YT, wow there are so many Pro-Ana videos.....it is crazy how many people fool themselves and want to make it public for all to see and know. It all just made me thankful for having my health. A reminder for myself to be happy with what I have done.

Today I am feeling so much better, my antibiotics are really working, praise!! Although, E didn't feel good yesterday or today, bug, I hope he comes home from work early today, he said he had a ton of paperwork to get done. I am feeling good enough to actually entertain the idea of exercising again. Yeah!!!!!

T, we will both get some exercise today! Deal! Cold and drizzly here too, we actually had snow yesterday in the hills, but now it is all gone....anyway, I might bundle the kids up to take a walk between showers.

Cleaning up, yeah, I got all the laundry I was talking about almost done AND...shocker....folded. I just decided that I would fold the clothes as they came out of the dryer, not laying them flat, nothing. Directly folded. I have the whole downstairs spiffed up, not deep cleaned, but at least looking good.

I haven't gone yet for my walk but I will do it, promise. I'll check back later to see if you have come in again.

Hey Ash..I see your green lite. I am home for the rest of the night. I have 5 kids here playing guitar hero (yikes) I brought home 5 of B's friends to hang out. I just picked up the high schoolers and it is still cold and rainy outside. I've lit my candles and will probably open a bottle of wine and write out my Christmas cards (they came today yeah!)

It was a crazy busy weekend. I was out all day both sat and sun shopping. It was fun we had a good time. I made R get up at a 5:30 and go with me..I love the quiet empty stores!

I have to go to the market and post office..need to get Christmas stamps for my cards. I'll write those out today and get them in the mail tomorrow.

Wow, everyone was busy too, I am happy to be able to get back on here. Probably you both saw that we had really bad weather here the last 3-4 days. Non-stop rain, think in total we got about 15 inches, and really big wind, top gust was 129 mph. Anyway, the power went out and then did come back on for a bit but then was on and off all the time. Everywhere is flooded, we are up high enough we didn't get water but some of our neighbors don't have front yards, but a new swimming pool.

Okay, just wanted to post that now.

T, glad you had a good weekend shopping, it is so much fun when christmas spirit hits. Yesterday we braved the flooding to get a tree, there was a lot close by, so it gave up something to do.

Hi girls. I did hear of really bad weather in Washington Ash, but not you...sorry to hear that and I was gone for a few days- jeez it goes so fast. The weekend was great, stela is sick this week, just cruising along w/ nothing interesting to report......

Hope you two are doing well. Christmas cards...usually love them, not doing them this year. Though I think Stela and I will get our pictures taken tomorrow? Why not, right? I love that baby girl...will see if her fever breaks...so far a pretty sick winter. Can't believe there are 3 wks til xmas and only 2 months til that wedding I am in...YIKES! That dress in a 12.....I dont know gurls...keep fingers crossed. Have to start the planning for the shower for Rachel. SO much to do. I havent even started xmas shopping.

Funny tid bit about guitar hero, that going away party we went to for Anna and Sarah (house I loved), they know the band that does the music for guitar hero...cool huh?

Hey J, good to see ya in here. My Lex has been feverish the last two days and was up at night dry-heeving, I agree, it has been a ver sick winter so far...and it is just starting. A size 12 dress in two months, you have that in the bag, I mean you are already in a 13, no sweat!

yah you were up early girl! I was up early too but to go shop with my mom without the kids to get some christmas stuff, then on to the eye doc for her 1 month check. She is loving being able to see without glasses, lasik is great for her.

Now I am home to get Maya started on her homework.

I have walked a lot today already, yay, but I think I will go for a walk outside now that is just misting and not pouring.

How are you today? I have a busy day ahead of me but I'm squeezing in a little shopping before I get the big kids today.

I haven't done any exercise but I have managed to lose 5 lbs since last week doing very very low carb. I'm working backwards (as usual) but I'm gonna try this for a bit to get a head start.

Ash what's on the big list this year for the kidoodles? I'm thinking about Rock Band but I dunno if I want that noise in my living room ya know? (insert smiley covering ears)

Hot dog T, great job ladybug!!! All is well here except Stela. Still sick and needy, long day off yesterday and not much sleep last night. SO, I don't have much to report, still no Christmas shopping going on, once she is better and I have some time to myself I plan to get busy.
Have a Christmas party of my friends family this Friday - they own an electric company so it's always tons of good food and drink, a band...etc. FUN! A patient gave me a really nice coat today, she gets migraine shots about 4 times a week, always giving us gifts. She is about 120 pounds, very petite...its a tan suede w/ all these gromets and a belt..super cute, yah, for free...she is very generous. She said, I know it will fit you- I was like, I dont think so, it's YOUR'S for one and a medium. Yah it fit. I am still constantly amazed.

Ok, off I go. Sorry I am so boring, just nothing much going on...except get this..my mom is an MA too, went to school w/ me and my sister, she has worked for community health care (non-profit) for 4 years...she is beloved there and loves her job. To know my mom is to love her. She took a serious pay cut , had always worked in upper management her entire life, hiring firing, really working hard to switch professions and help people. She got FIRED yesterday. Merry Christmas, right? The door to their immunization frig was left ajar, by her accidently and $7000 in meds got ruined.
They will give her unemployment w/ no contest, they love her and dont want to lose her but had to. Yah, really hard times right now.
All gets better....at least I hope.

Hey T! So how is it going today? I got up at the crack of dawn to go with E to pick up his cousin, I am so glad she finally made it here, it was a long trip for her. We went and had soup for lunch and then did some shopping.

I am going to take another walk later today, it feels so good to be healthy again. :P Did you get any exercise in today so far?

I have a new recipe for chicken thighs with pomegranate that I think I will make for dinner tonight. So how did that school confrence go?

Hey...good morning to you! I am here trying to battle my messy desk and the desk is winning

Hey Ash..I didn't get any exercise in but I did walk alot at the mall yesterday and ate well so that helped. I haven't told you (really) that I did super low carb since last friday...I lost 6 lbs. I know it's prob water but it is a jump I need since I had gained 8. B's conference with the teacher went well..he's a smart kid so we don't have any problems.

Jina thanks for the kudos I appreciate them You know I'm the cat chasing it's own tail..just doing everything I can to avoid surgery but my time is running out.

Now is the time for employers to lay off..they love December. One company that R deals with just laid off 30 people..sucks!

Well I have some more running around to do today. My mom is home now so I might invite her to dinner tonight. I'll make a prime rib that I bought a couple days ago.

Good friday morning ladies. The scale said 187 again. I just got a call that my bridesmaid dress is in....wowzers, i am nervous!! I dont know if it will fit and I sure cant afford it but I cant wait to leave here and go pick it up!! Will take pics to show you, stela has been better today but now she is just crabby. Still haven't done the picture for christmas but I might let that be. Things with Brandy are kinda cooling, she seems to be pretty ok w/ less than I require in a new relationship, what is your two opinions since I have spoke of her. Funny, the float we have here this week is a young girl lauren. real sweetie, she can get on myspace here at work some sneakily way, I dont get it but SCORE none the less...lol. SO, she was looking at my page and said, "your way to pretty for the girls you date". CAN you believe that? I just laughed but it did get me wondering, where are all the successful hotties? Hmmm...time will tell?

Other things are ok, got another pretty serious snow "storm" a few inches but messy and gross...supposed to have lunch today w. my favorite rep Tony at Exotic Thai. LOVE THAI food. They wrap these shrimp in noodles and fry them. WOW! Yumo.
