Glad you two are here and well. Things here are fine. Just another day. Talking more with my new friend Aimee, marathon text sessions yesterday but she is far away and has unsettled business in her relationship, as do I.

I was watching the news this morning..I guess there is a huge fire going on in rogue river? Doesn't your mom live over there?..her home ok?

Well R got home this a.m. at 1:30 and he is glad to be home. I don't know how these guys do these business trips..thank goodness he only goes once in a while..his bosses (usually make about a million a year) are always traveling. I feel sorry for their wives!

I see you were having a beer with me yesterday Ash It's gonna be another cooler day here L.A...such a nice break from the 90's.

I'm going to try and get on the bike today I better clean off the dust

I know it seems surreal but things ARE going to get better...all in time..it's supposed to happen that way. I'm glad you found a friend to help pass the time. Hopefully she is worth it. Sounds like you have a nice evening ahead. R's dad comes in from TX tomorrow so he will visit until Sun. We have to do some Hollywood sightseeing n stuff like that.

Hey T, yep, it was Miller time! LOL! We went out early this am with E, he got his order done and then we were out caching. We spent about 4 hours hiking here and there and found 4, missed only 1 on our tour of the city today. Took a neighbor, she is 12, and she was so into it. She kept asking if we had more, it was nice since she doesn't get out that much.

Yeah, my mom lives in Rogue River, she headed home today, so we'll see what she says when I call her, I hope everything is okay.

Jina, I am so glad happiness is on the horizon, everybody has a rebound, so take it for what it is and run. Sounds like fun tonight. Think I am going to cook some asian food tonight, that is what sounds good to me. E and I shared a spicy teriyaki this am, and then he got a costco ice cream bar, and I just had some bites and I was good.

T, glad R is home safe and sound.

Hey girls, just had dinner, a nice spinach salad with some roast beef and balsamic. E and I just finished watching Disturbia, was good, Shia is turning into quite a good looking young man, and a good actor. I got E 300 to watch to I put that on and we are just waiting for the kids to get home, uncle Fofo took them to Toys R Us to get Maya a Bday gift, even though it isn't till Friday.

G'Day Mates! You are having another busy day today eh T, we all have been really busy, summer must do that! Me I just rolled down the stairs with the kids to have some breakfast. Slapped on my pedometer and I need to walk some more today, didn't make it to curves today cause I forgot E had to go to work early to get to Alberta with sandies for everyone.

Still no Jina, I am getting a bit anxious foy you girl, I hope you are just out having fun.

Alright, today I am keeping it light with salads and I think I'll make a light cheesecake for when a sweet atack happens

Wow it's dead in here,lol. We just came back from a mall crawl, got a mile of walking under our belts there. The kids are exhausting me today, constant fighting, make me want to pull my hair out. Today I have had 2 salads to eat, with the kids being as crazy as they are it has been hard not to let my mind drift to junk food, stress I suppose. I am going to make that cheesecake now, but man it won't be ready till later, I'll just have to stick it out.

Things are ok. Work is busy, Rebecca was due back this week from gastric bypass last week, got a bad infection and is in the hospital all week, work has been crazytown, so has settling bre and the fam in here and Kate and her loads of BS is just driving me over the edge. had a nice night last night, relaxing now, busy tomorrow.

Not eating, not sleeping, just being I guess. Just being. For now.
Always glad to see my buddies are here and doing well...as usual.

I have a couple errands to run this morning and some relatives to stop by today for a visit. R's dad..he's from TX..he's a funny guy. I had to spend some time with him while R was at work yesterday. I thought it would be awkward but it was actually fun.

Hi girls, late...or really early check in,lol. Today was E's birthday and tomarrow is Maya's so we were really busy, ugh, my feet and legs are killing me! I wish they'd just fall off and get over with it,ha! I made green Pozole for dinner and we had a few people over. In the morning E took the day off again (again I am just astounded) and we went to a new game hall with the kids. I had salad, salad, and then pozole, then a small piece of cake with a small scoop of ice cream. This morning I got up early and did 30 minutes of DVD exercise, finally!! Tomarrow again. Hey T, thanx, I showed Maya and she was so surprised that someone that doesn't even know her would wish her happy Bday, so cute! Yes, E is getting some major brownie points with me, I am not totally sure but this last week that I was at my mom's house he did some serious soul searching and what he wanted out of life. Family has always been important, but he usually let his job dictate how much time he got to spend with us. I think, with help from Didier (boss/partner,) that he finally realized he has put in his time of double and triple overtime and being down in the trenches, now he really does need to take his supervisor role to the next level and let the people under him, do their work, instead of doing it for them. Anyway, a light has gone on, yeah!

T that will be tons of fun to go see the Angels play, I so wish we had more than just a losery Basketball team here in PDX. Maybe someday. Have a good one with the family!

Jina, still getting through the days, how are your meds going? How is little Stela doing? I bet she is super happy to have her cousins around.

Well, this AM I am back to 160, and man am I sore from all my ab work yesterday. I am going to take Maya today to go get a few birthday books and maybe do a cache on her request. We'll be back later so I'll check in on you girls. Have a good one! Ash

Hey there girls, glad to see both of you stopped by. We are back from another marathon mall trip. I bought a little Victoria's for E's belated bday gift,lol. I am very happy that I am back to 160 from last week at 163, cool dude, how corney.....but it's just in time to go to mom's house again next weekend. I am so glad I just decided to maintain this summer, other wise I would be driving myself nuts.

Jina my dear, we miss you tons too, come by more often when you can, but I know right now you need time to sort stuff out. Just know that I am always thinking about you. Glad to see you at 210, just another few short weeks and you will be in the ones, OMG, can you hardly believe it!?1?! It's about time though right, yeah!!!!

T, maya is so excited to say hi. She had a great day today. How was the game? Exercise tonight if I can muster the energy, I need to! Today's eats, bowl of pozole with chic breast, half a burger for lunch, and a few gummies tonight and a piece of Sees. Yum!

Yep, that's me happy to be 160, insert cheezy smile here,lol. This week, I am pulling out all my good make ahead healthy recipes and am going to make a few so I can just pull them out and heat, that way I won't have to think about eating and making food, it will be a no brainer. I think a soup will be on the menu, probably my turkey gyros, and a salad.

Hung over but making it sounds okay, so what have you been "hardly" eating lately? It seems the food issue has become such a non-issue, exactly what you wanted. I envy that you can still get your drink on and lose weight, so cool. Have a bday party to go to tomarrow and a friends house before that, so I am sure I will be eating good in the neighborhood manana, but I know there will be some yummy beer there too, I guess it will be a little cake or a beer, hmmm, decisions decisions.

I watched a movie with the kids this afternoon and actually fell asleep for 20-30 minutes. Well, we have to go to the store for batteries, my least fave thing, jeez I hate all these high tech toys,lol.

Good morning Ashley n Jina how are you doing?

It's gonna be really hot this week around 104 today and 105 tomorrow. I'm gonna run a couple errands early to avoid the afternoon heat.

Kids already go back to school in two weeks so I have to get school supplies and the high schoolers' books..oh man there's $900 I forgot about.

Anyway..I'll be back and bring the swiffer cuz there's alot of dust in this room!
