G!!! That is alot to take in man but you have the right attitude. You need to let K have a chance to be away from you so she can realize what she almost or may have lost. I'm sorry about trader Leigh..I've had trader friends and totally feel ya on the betrayal.

Like I said you have it..the right way to think..and act..working on yourself and letting K work on her self is essential if this is gonna work. I am here for you if you need to talk - anytime.

I am relieved things are going to get fixed at least I can be at peace knowing that you are gonna be ok.

I just got a text from J saying she just said bye to her parents. She said she can't talk to me cuz she'll cry. I'm blocking it out cuz I can't take it..first M now J..how am I going to live without those girls?

T, I can feel your sadness, I can't imagine losing 2 of your best friends in one month...well not losing them, but them moving away. I am so sorry that it worked out that way, bites! Just think of it as an opertunity to meet mre great people. Hugs to ya!

For breakfast I had a few bites of meat and soy milk. Lunch was half a chicken cobb salad, snack, half a carnitas flauta, dinner may just be left overs, I have to clean out the frige since we are going to my mom's house on Sat. Right now I am burning Maya a CD for the trip, got a ton of kids bop from the library.

Hey, do you girls ever googleEarth? I finally downloaded it today on my computer and have already pinpointed my house, E's house in Mex, my mom's house, and Jina's house cause I have your addy right stuck to the computer,lol. You live really close to the mall too. If you google me, you can see our mini blue pool in the back yard, so weird

Just making late dinner, sauteed broc with soy sauce and a few slices london broil. Not too hungry again. Looking for ward to tomarrow's weigh in since I know Jina is going to get a huge number and I hope to be back just under 160 with this exercise. Today while the kids were at the play ground I did walk/run intervols, 30 laps around the play area. And we just came back from a 20 minute walk. I decided that if the kids want to watch TV in the evening, they have to go for at least a 20 min walk with me first, they are all happy to agree, another battle won!! See ya on the scales, Ash

Ash, I will try that googleEarth interesting. Yes, the mall is right along side my house, less than 3 blocks. Dangerous, let me tell ya.

Your eats have been so good and I love you getting those kiddies off the couch and onto the pavement. Our lives are far to sedentary these days. I don't need to remind you when we were little we stayed gone, just running and bike riding, roller skating, tag, hide and seek...til the street lites came on, right? Bare foot to boot. LOL. Man, those were the days, all I wanted was to grow up....how sad.
Yesterday was a bit rocky w/ Kate....it's gonna be back and forth that way for a while....but it's all about Stela these next two days so our BS aside, we will make due.
It's so hard to be together and not BE together, ya know? Old familiar....not a good thing right now.
My very good friends, Beth and Whitney have been trying for about 10 months to get pregnant w/ a sperm bank, A. Insemination, anyway- they are pregnant. Pure joy. Such happy news!

D - miso soup w/bean sprouts (went out) n 1 sapporo beer

Wahoo!!! 224 Jina!!!!! You deserve it, of all weeks to pull off a gigantic number, this was it!!! Strap on a big ass feather in your hat and prance girl!! So it has been 13 years since you have weighed this little, wow, I bet you are wishing you had done all this sooner now. It's good that you have Stela to focus on, keeps your mind from doing even more thinking about what ifs. You are awesome, mind, BODY

, and spirit!! What great news about your friends being preggers!

Me, I am happy to report that I am back in the 150's, 158.6. That is only .2 less than I was a month ago, but when I think back at everything that I ate, I am a HAPPY CLAM!! I am amazed, with me eating half a pork chimichonga, that had regular flour tortilla, and refried beans, and fried pork in it, but it must be my "half" thing, and really listening to my stomach. Inspiration from Jina eating little. T, maybe add that to the list of things to try, eat what every you want, but only eat half of your portion.

T, next week you'll get a good number I bet, since you did a little switch-a-roo on your body, and getting back to eating good food and some exercise. Your food yesterday looks tasty. I love Miso soup, I even bought white miso paste to make it at home but haven't yet.

Anyhow, we are going to do garage sale hops this am, kinda grey, but that is when you can get the best deals, see ya in the tarde, Ash

Back from the G sales, got a big george forman for 5 bucks! I have been looking at bigger ones since my mid sized one broke, it is too hard to cook for a family on my tiny one. But the big ones are always 40 dollars, so what a steal, new book to read too, Nora Roberts, can't beat 50 cents. Had soup with veggies and chicken for lunch, nice and light. Was going to go to curves this am but forgot to get up in time, and now it is really raining so I don't think walking outside will be an option. Maybe I'll do a DVD workout later. A

Hey Ash..cool deals. I want a GF grill but I don't have the space for it in my small kitchen. I just changed my cabinets around cuz I have too many glasses (like 30 wine glasses 20 martini glasses etc) so I rearranged them to fit better and got rid of some I didn't like. I also got my new pots n pans now all I need is a new kitchen

I made it down to my mom's house, it was a nice drive today, almost no traffic. We left the grey behind and arrived in the mid 70's sun, nice!! If you look closely you'll see the big paper flowers I made and the banner in the back of the 3 of us I spent so much friggin time on. It was cute up close, I was really happy with it. The cake was my vision and Peter really made it awesome and it was so delicious, Strawberry cake w/ cream cheese frosting. YUM. He made really pretty watermelon baskets filled w/ delic. fruit too. The two girls are Beth and Whitney, the ones I said are pregnant. In the yellow, that's Beth, she's carrying.

All in all it was great.

I won't let any of this drama over take the great feelings I had this most special day of July 2007. Life just keeps on going, I am not willing to play a victim- not enough time for that.

what, I always count on you two, good or stressed in our individual lives, I always can count on both of you for cheering me up. I am glad you had a good one despite all the drama from Kate.

T, how fun that Taylor was in a quinceanos, I have never been to one that they had girls in a court as well, traditionally it is only guys, but that is a cool modern twist, how fun!!

Today we went out geocaching and found our second cache. Such fun to be the only ones in a park with secret knowledge. The kids are really having fun with it and tomarrow we are going to try and find the other 10 that are in little downtown Rogue River.

We have been nibbling on this and that but I still find it amazing that I can have a bite or two of something and feel totally content with it.

Alright, it is time to start dinner, Buffalo burgers on salad, yum! My mom bought some fresh blueberries just before we got here and I plan to have some with dinner.

Well...its over.

Kate didnt end the affair w/ leigh. The had a hotel room every night but Friday and last night when she stayed here.

In love, or so leigh says so. Details so sickening I could puke my guts out, and already have.

Bre took stela and I took xanax. Talked to leigh on the phone at 2:30 this morning for 2 hours.

Its over. Been going on since they met on myspace over 3 months ago.

disgusted, cheated, crazy, broken....beat down, left, empty, blank, unloved....that is me.

I was horrible this weekend..too much beer and bad food..not alot but still it was a slice of cake here and a bite there. I had a blast at the party anyway..so did the kids.

Me, we are out to go geocaching again today, it is a really good way to pass time and not be concerned with food. And the sites we see are great, sort of a stop and smell the roses feeling. Then we are going to come home and hang and read and watch Premonition. E called me yesterday and told he got the key to the Alberta building!! Yeah! He and the partners are going to go meet there at 3 today and start talking about what to do first. I am excited to here all about it later tonight.

I am glad you had a good one despite all the drama from Kate. T, how fun that Taylor was in a quinceanos, I have never been to one that they had girls in a court as well, traditionally it is only guys, but that is a cool modern twist, how fun!! Today we went out geocaching and found our second cache. Such fun to be the only ones in a park with secret knowledge. The kids are really having fun with it and tomarrow we are going to try and find the other 10 that are in little downtown Rogue River. We have been nibbling on this and that but I still find it amazing that I can have a bite or two of something and feel totally content with it. Alright, it is time to start dinner, Buffalo burgers on salad, yum! My mom bought some fresh blueberries just before we got here and I plan to have some with dinner. Love yas, Ash

The had a hotel room every night but Friday and last night when she stayed here. In love, or so leigh says so. Details so sickening I could puke my guts out, and already have. Bre took stela and I took xanax. Talked to leigh on the phone at 2:30 this morning for 2 hours. Its over. Been going on since they met on myspace over 3 months ago. disgusted, cheated, crazy, broken....beat down, left, empty, blank, unloved....that is me. (enter lost saddy face here). Me, we are out to go geocaching again today, it is a really good way to pass time and not be concerned with food. And the sites we see are great, sort of a stop and smell the roses feeling. Then we are going to come home and hang and read and watch Premonition. E called me yesterday and told he got the key to the Alberta building!! Yeah!
