Good morning!! I can't believe it is Wednesday already!! Luke and Alexis are 4 years old today, my babies are no longer babies, boohoo. I am not sure what we will do today to celebrate, but when we get back from my mom's house, we will have our blow out party for them. That will be super fun! I may take them to Chuck E Cheeses so they can play, they love that.

I got up early, the cat woke me up batting my eyelashes, lol, so I got Curves already OOTW. Yesterday, I ate three salads, haha, B L & D, but yum! I am soooo glad I love salad, makes life a lot easier. A

The fish turned out great, and since we got the cat from the fish lady, we decided to call him Fisher, how ironic huh! Two new Fishers, just spelled different. Maya really wanted to call him Vegas, but everybody else likes Fisher.

Eleven O'clock is late when you are used to someone being home and hanging out with you. When E would get home that late it would feel like we never saw each other, he would get home and watch TV, I would be tired and go to sleep, then in the am, I would get up and run around with the kids, and he would sleep in and get up just in time to eat and spend an hour or so with us and then leave to work again. It's good that it isn't an everyday schedule though right?

T, how ya hangin' this morning? Did you get that bike riden yet?

Well, I am hungry now so I am making some food before the troops come down, See ya soon, Ash

lunch

Hey Ash, talkative one this morning, love's it! That cat is cute, I get a little over-protective of names...but you do live thousands of miles away so the Fisher/Fischer thing wont be a prob. I am a weird-o that way. To your babies!! Time flies, right?

A big bash will be fun and Chuck-e-cheese....what kid doesn't love that, heck I still love it. LOL! Lunch is in a cup, he ran behind and we didn't get a lunch....so chicken soup, er, rather-broth is on the menu. I miss salads a lot. I had a few pieces of romaine lettuce the other night in a caesar, I miss it a lot....

Tomorrow is my SURGiversary, I will weigh in then! It's hot here today.
Hope you two are having fun.

Yeah, I would have guessed you were that way with names, isn't it funny how I "know" ya already. But like you said we're 1000s of miles away, and it just kinda happened, it made sence, and I wasn't at all tryin' to steal it,lol Anyway, with my kids, it may change anyday, lol. Out to the kids museum, much love, Ash.....I just can't wait to see your 1 month weigh in number!!

Morning.

Gonna storm here today. It was iffy on the bike path, very humid. We decided to change the route and go the other way but I got there before R and didn't want to wait so she went the new way, I stayed the old. Our old route was like...1.5 mile or something, the new one is 2.5 so I am anxious to do it, the old one isn't enough anymore.

How do you two feel w/ your exercise? Alright, I will get this long day started...yesterday R and I talked to Dr. about changing hours again....we are going to stay til 5pm on Tues instead of 3 (people just bit ch about those early days) and be OFF on Wednesday's totally....sweet. That means I am really just part-time, good thing Kate is bringing in some $$$ w/ her brother and little p-t job.

OK gorgeous's (new word) the one mo. surgiversary was good. 240.5!!! 20 pounds in one month. About damn time I get some real weight off.
Realizing I was 271 in April is very exciting....I'm happy and doing well.

How are you two? T, how's the eating plan?

Good morning..gonna be a warm one today (100 where I live) so we are off to the beach today (only 75 down there in Santa Monica)

Jina 240..nice! That is just awesome Happy surgiversary to you. Wed's off..your weeks will definately go by fast and great that you can stay home with Stela. The eating plan is going ok I've reduced my cals and fruit carbs. I am just going to eat strict low carb until after the wedding then hire a personal trainer.

Ashley if I could guess you are getting ready to go to curves Hope you are having a good morning..hows the weather in OR? I guess it's just a "click" away huh?

Here's what's on the menu for today

B - 1 hb egg 1 slice turkey
S - beachside veggies
L - tuna salad
S - yogurt shake
D - baked chicken n spinach

Hi.

A personal trainer, T? Really? That surprises me about you....good deal, I hope that works for you. Wedding is right around the corner, isn't it?

Alright, no Ash around...will talk to you two soon.

hey

Yes a personal trainer...it will keep me exercise accountable. For now at least..if I am still losing 1 lb a week it'll have to be surgery intervention. I want to try my damndest to avoid it but it may be the inevitable.

I looked into our new ins...blue cross ppo so I shouldn't have a problem qualifying there..scary even thinking about that but its definately on my mind.

Hope you have a good lunch. Talk to you girls later.

T.

oh..have I told you I'm sick of seeing these numbers?

Good afternoon! Just got back from the bank and grabbed a salad while I was out, I am on a total salad kick lately. Anyway, not much new around here, got to get everything packed up for moms house tomarrow morning, so that should keep me busy. Went out and got a good walk in this morning too. BBL, Ash

Oh yes, I am so stoked to weigh in tomarrow, I can feel it, even though I have had bites here and there, and that today came pd, I feel radiant. That probably has a lot to do with the weather, blue sky, birds singing, and it is a perfect 80something, N-I-C-E nice!

J, glad you got to that longer trail, 2.5m is a wonderful workout, imagine once you can run that whole sucker, tip top athlete soon!!

T, a personal trainer I think is perfect for you, cause they can help you with food choices too most of the time. And I think you'll see a big jump down in those numbers if you stick with lower carb till the wedding. And as a last resort, it is good to know that insurance will be good for surgery if you decide to go that route.

Okay, it is too nice to stay inside too long, I am up to do another load of laundry before we head out again. A

hey

It got warm and isn't going to rain. Weird.
That BC/BS plan you speak of is tricky here in Iowa, perhaps your state is different, they do require you have some co-morbid conditions and a 6 month weight (Dr. regulated) program. TONS of peeps from TTimes have gone to some great surgeons in Ca. Your area too....whatever happens I hope you find resolve. Life is much more fun on this side of things, ya know I never even pick up a weight loss article/magazine or worry about decisions I used to w/ food. It's a very freeing thing, I feel free. It was a jump I needed...I bet I'd still be dic king w/ those 10 pounds had I not done this.

I wish I'd done it sooner. SO many patients are coming in now for referral. It's crazy.

Not that you asked, just sharing.

hi gurls

Its bedtime....just thought I would say good night. Went shopping tonight to find something to wear to Leigh's bday party this Sat. I couldn't find anything so far, don't want to invest in pants that I will not wear for long but mine are getting sloppy. Will keep looking.

Stormed here tonight, hope it's clear by tomorrow, I have my new route to walk.

Check ya's then. LOVE you girls.

Hi girls..I had a long day..the sun really does wear me out but guess what? I had a nice surprise today. I was making dinner and J rang the doorbell. I totally didn't expect her but she came to visit me. She came with her red "inspiRED" tshirt..she is so cute..ready in her workout outfit to make me get on the mill. I worked out today for 30 mins..that's all I gave today.

I see green lites but not sure if you girls are really around. It's only 9 for you Ash so maybe...

Ok..well I wanted to say hello before the nite was up. See you on the scale in the morning (yipe)

FINALLY FRIDAY!

Good Morning Love's. Ash, don't you love that belly? She tore up and ice cream sandwich, such a good eater...just like Mama's. It is STORMING and slightly flooding some streets here, weird, irritating...now I have to workout in the basement, damn...been trying to avoid the precor but it might feel good. Also starting an arm routine, these babies have to get firmed up.
I weighed this morning before any water or anything and it was
239!!!!!!!!!
It has been so many years since I visited the 30's.....not even for my wedding did I dip that low. About 3 yrs ago I stayed strict w/ Atkins and weighed 228 on my 28th birthday. ONLY for that day did I stay in the 20's..well it was my bday, hello I probably had drinks/cake/ate at a nice place....you know the cycle.
SO, this is exciting. The compliments are DAILY now, it's really, really nice and what I need to be hearing.
I am glad J came to visit you T, and you worked out.
I will look forward to seeing you two later.
Thin wishes....
