So you have some front loaders too?..cool. The crumpets are at trader joes. They are fat free and no sugars but 17g of carbs I believe so they are ok if you just have one. My kids toast them and put syrup on the blueberry ones.

Yeah Whole Foods is a great market with some high quality stuff..or should I just say food that people SHOULD be eating. It is amazing that it is a 'specialty' store when it's just what it is..clean..whole foods.

I haven't caught up yet but I wanted to say good afternoon...last night was too fun to even fit into words, seriously!! I was a tired mama this morning, bed about 3:30 am. Here are some pics, fill ya in and catch up later- Kristy (sister) hasn't seen Hills Have Eyes and you know I own that mo'fo and LOVE'S IT!

The first is from Copia the martini bar. My Blue Moon's went down awesome, no problems w/ pouch I actually felt "normal" again and it was a good thing - I needed that. I felt really good and got a ton of compliments - Kate and I got a lot of really exciting attention...mostly things like "you two are the hottest vucking couple----ever"....so we were both beaming and pretty drunk. TOO FUN!

The guys are old friends - Ted and Chad, they have been together the same amnt of time Kate and I have and the move all over the states for Chad's (no facial hair) job. We hadn't seen them in like...4 or so years they are in town for a wedding and it was very random...and very very nice! The last one is Ashley (aka Madonna) and Tami, Erin laying on our laps. That was at the karaoke kitchen...too funny man. My sister was getting so embarrassed by peter singing nine inch nails but all the girls (we had about 15 girls there) took it in stride. GOOD GOOD TIMES!

Just got caught up with you two. My parents bought the front loaders about 5 yrs ago when they first came out, nothing better than washing 17 pr of jeans all at once w/ teenage girls in the house. She loves them. After another kid or so I'd love to buy a set...they get more reasonable after a while of being out, actually we have 2 sets now...the one Yanc left here and our brand new ones- guess I wont be getting the front loaders for a long ass time. Oh well, I do so hate laundry.

Ashley you look beautiful, your weight loss has just changed the contour of everything on you and it's a great size for you! The shorter hair is cute it makes you look even younger and your already younger than me so knock that s h i t off, right T?? WINK.

I am draggin a s s while Kate scrubs the floors and does the laundry- she must have gotten that second wind thing after a drunk night.
We did have so much fun this summer is going to be awesome.
I cant stress enough how good it feels to be feeling more like myself. Extra weight makes me feel so gross so the 40's are treating me ok so far, cant wait to see how things progress...let's face it-another 50 off this bod and I will be d.a.n.g.e.r.o.u.s!

I had a lot of protein by way of shakes today...and water, remembering what you said about our poor brains and dehydration after drinking. I am so feeling it.
After tomorrow my work week should go smooth til next Tuesday- DS is on vacation so R and I are splitting the week and I have my check up w/ CBS-anxious to see how I weigh on their scale.
This weekend is gay pride in Des Moines, probably won't go if Bre hasn't had Fischer, and if she has...we probably wont go anyway---but it would be fun. Fofo sounds like a lot of fun.
T, sorry you couldn't tub w/ J, but R was a nice replacement...lol. Hope the kids are enjoying their new computer stuff and that glass of cab was delish.
I love you two--and BTW, I would be so sad if you two met before we all met together....(making a pout face) I am a possessive weird-o. Aww...i'd just be glad you two got to wrap your arms around eachother, believe me once the time comes you'll have to PEEL me off you two..and I will probably cry for like, 30 minutes. LOL.

Ooooh, tub time with your hubby, how awesome is that!! I sure wish E and I could have relax time other than at night, but I know we will in a few years. It is already 9:33 and no signs of going out, and no signs of Fofo, so I guess that plan is dead. That's okay, I have to get up and go to curvas anyway. Today, although I ate some carby things, it was just a bit here and a bit there, and nothing else really all day till dinner, just wasn't hungry. At dinner I had half a burger and a little caesar salad.

Jina, I can't wait for your CBS appt. and for them to weigh you on their scale, you are doing so well, I am just in awwwwwwwe! I talked to my mom about it today and she is still sure it is not for her, too bad cause I really think many of her ailments would all but disappear. I was telling her and my dad how well you were doing, and my dad appeared to be really interested for her, but what does that mean, not too much cause she is the one that needs to make that choice, anyway, just blah blahing.

Miss Ashley. How about some highlights and a flat iron when you wanna feel extra sexy. I tend to think the straight sleek look is good for the sexpot image. I am sad your Mom isn't receptive to the bariatric surgery, though age may give her a little more issues to deal w/ (meds/ailments/recovery time) I think it's the best thing since sliced bread- even if I can't eat it.
Seriously, I would have never done this well on a diet on my own, my brain just doesn't know moderation. I am getting it.
No Fofo, it'll make curves that much easier. It takes me about 2 beers total (takes an hr to drink about 2) to get me feelin real good but the buzz doesn't last as long. All in all from 8:30pm-2:30am I think I drank about 5 beers to myself. We ordered food (nachos) I had 2 chips w/ meat and cheese...the entire evening so that alcohol seemed like a lot for me on an empty stomach. Still, Kate and I are cheap dates these days.

T, how are you darling? Downloaded a cd of Fergie - totally loving the "Big Girls Don't Cry" song....listen if you haven't. What am I sayin' your in California...it's probably been out for months.

Good morning Jina and T. It is a start to a good day, I woke up to get Maya up, and she was already up and dressed all by herself and brushing her hair!! Shocked I was,lol.

Oh yeah, 5 beers on a empty stomach would give me a buzz too, I am so glad you were feeling all normal. "Normal" is good huh, I was telling my mom how I feel normal now, and that it was good not to stick out too much....that is when we don't get all glamed up,lol.

I am going to listen to that Fergie song, Maya love's her songs, I really like em too, but we haven't got any of her CDs, so later today I'll look that one up online.

I didn't get that much into Fergie until recently I was always a Pea's fan though...I don't know what shifted but lately I just love the sound of her voice, I don't think we've had her since Feb. Hmmm..weird. Is that her new CD? OLD? Who knows, all I know is that song is on constant repeat and I love her saucy spicy beautiful voice and she is very easy on the eyes. Hi. How are you two enjoying your morning? Mine is over, it's afternoon now. Lunch (choco protein) shake is - delish - but boring. We just got back from a mile walk. Yep. In my croc's and all...wasn't leaving any room for excuses...it was looking crazy outside too. Rainy/windy/gray/sunny/hot then back around again.
I feel good doing it, but it wasn't as easy as it used to be. Oh the days of jogging my little heart out, how did I lose my way? I'll be back.

I have some really irritating patient's this afternoon and then hopefully ball tonight. This iffy weather might throw it off.

DON'T FORGET- Big Medicine (TLC? Discovery Health? can't remember) but it's great so try and catch it.

Me too..I was a big pea fan too then my kids started listening to Fergie and I got into her..I think she's got a nice voice too..and of course easy on the eyes although I don't find her gorgeous...glamourous yes I believe the Dutchess cd came out in Sep 06? when I started listening to Fergalicious. Speaking of beers..I can put them down too. I remember the day when I used to get drunk off of one..ha!

Night sweets. Missed the first 10 min of big medicine but I was excited to see that Allen made it through so far. I am working alone today, hopefully everyone leaves me alone too- Dr. S is on vacation but he will be in later today....his divorce is final this morning, it's been a very very long 8+ months of very bad details wrapping up a nearly 50 yr marriage...I just hope it goes ok today, she has been extending it for months he is like, COME ON already! I am tired of these weird-o patients.

It's looking like a storm is brewing. Tomorrow we are due for a serious storm that can produce HAIL??? ARE YOU SERIOUS? It was just 90 degrees. Surely someone is mistaken.

I will walk another mile today if it's not raining at noon. Then back to drink my shake and maybe a bit of my yummy protein bar. They are made by powerbar little bitty ones, yogurt coated crunch something, but it's ok and lots of protein. I forgot to mention the other day about the sugar content in yogurt. OKKK...that's insane but come on - how many things do we need to get obsessed w/ - sodium/protein/sugar/carbs/fiber....UGHGIGHGHGHGHGHGHH. Just want to eat man, and be done with it!
