Well, I didn't eat any tortillas, because they weren't like the one from Mex, those ones were good when we were there, but now it's time to be picky about where i spend my carbs,lol. Hey, a little garden therapy will make you feel good everytime you pull up to your house, it is worth every penny.

Yep, so today we got Fofo's job back, he'll probably go back to work on Thursday, and we have an apartment pretty much lined up, we are not letting any grass grow beneath his feet. This is a, "you biffed big time, now suck it up," LOL. Last night he "bought" a car one of our friends was selling, they are going let it to him on payments, and then today also we got him set up with insurance with their cousin. Things are falling into place nicely, and to be honest, I am thrilled that he is back, E doesn't feel so lonely now, even if they aren't the closest brothers. And it will be nice to have an instant babysitter for the next month till he gets into his apt. Oh fun.

T, glad you are up and around today!! And Jina, glad you are enjoying more foods!

Hi girls..revising eats

For dinner I just had a ezekial tortilla w/beans n lowfat cheese n salsa..in no mood to cook so got something quick instead.

Nice to see you up and around here T. You are looking foxy in your avatar btw! Ashley, that's nice, nothing better than family and the babysitter thing- you just can't beat. Where will he be working?

Tball was good. The kids are funny. Hot as h e l l today. First day at work was ok, how the even function w/o me I just don't know. Business as usual all over again. Get's old.

Dr S. made a nice meal to bring in for me/us today. Roasted pork loin and potatoes/carrots/onions/mushrooms, cranberry sauce and a 4 bean baked bean dish w/ sf chocolate pudding for dessert. Awww. It was sweet, I had about 2 bites of beans, a sliver of cranberry and a bite of meat and potato that I chewed and spit out. Candy and junk still go down pretty well though....I have got to knock that off, I don't care if it is just a couple nibbles here and there (yes Junior Mints, I'm taking to YOU!).....bad.
Had a little tuna for dinner from a sub shop. Sucks w/ no bread but that's ok, life goes on and the scale is doing it's job. I did have about 60 oz water today. That's good for me w/ this new pouch. Looking into TTimes a lot of them name their new pouches. Kinda weird....like it's some weird alien like thing....those peeps are weird a good deal of the time. OBSESSED w/ getting the surgery and then obsessed w/ acting like know it all's after they have it.
Alright ladies! Looks like you two are way on track w/ eating and things. T, maybe exercise will spark some new found energy in you? Um...yes, you can kill me now.
I am feeling like getting more in though, so maybe tomorrow I can dust off the precor and give it a go for about 5-10 minutes. At least a brisk walk, we'll see.

Finally! I woke up this morning and felt somewhat normal. Still not 100% but I feel much better..thank God bcuz I was starting to wonder.

I was good yesterday but I had a big oatmeal cookie..hey, that's probably what made me feel better I did get a little walk in yesterday (felt like crap) but I'll be able to start exercising again tomorrow. I will walk today again. I have to take T to OC and we'll meet up with J and shop for a while before her appt.

Jina! how are you sexy mama? You seem to be doing so well..I'm so happy about that.

HI T. Glad you are on the up and up, finally man. JEEZ LOUISE! OC again, let me know how that turns out. I am here alone, Dr. S. is at a meeting and Rebecca went home since we only have 2 patients later this afternoon....silly to have a few to start and a couple at the end...but whatever!

I am feeling pretty good. Eating is going well, I am sipping my water is almost half gone, I have a big 32 oz jug on my desk, so I will try and refill that part way at least.

Thanks J..I'm glad to be alive again too. It's been gloomy and gray here in the morning until the afternoon then it burns off..I actually like it..not looking forward the summer heat here in the valley.

I'm still nursing my sunburn(i'm about that color) but it's feeling better today. I downloaded some cool songs to add to the 4000 I already have but hey..you always find one you don't have

Had my lunch..brushed out my hair..little mascara and I actually look presentable I know what you mean about the conditioner J..R can't believe how we go through it.

Softball with the lesbos..how fun! Do you know when I was in college I went to try out for the softball team and when I went to the field I saw that they were all boys! LOL so I said forget it.

My dryer went out..bummer..now I have to go to the corner to dry the last load (I knew it was on its last limb) but bugg!

Hey girls, where has the day gone??? I got up early to get Maya on the bus and then off to Curves, again, yep 2 days in a row, and then made breakfast and then clean up, and get the kids out to play in the yard, and here it is 12 in the afternoon! What the heck???

Anyway, glad you are up T, I bet it was that cookie that made you feel better, ahh the power of cookies! I know, we haven't "seen" you enough, but now that you are all better, or almost, we will see each other more.

Jina, wow, youi are keeping up with the water well, I am glad, glad, glad! That was so nice of Doc to bring in a feast, but, what did he think you were going to be able to eat all that? And those junior mints, mmm, but your right, better without em right now.

For dinner I had a few pieces of meat and a little salsa, and of course just a few chips. Breakfast was a bite of coffee cake to go along with my egg with cheese on top. A coffee with cream, wink wink, it was in your honor Jina, that's it so far.

I gotta drop books off at the library and then off to the store to get a few things that are lacking since we got back.

Bre lost her mucus plug and is dilated to 1.5 any day now girls. She is getting quite miserable I feel terrible for her and it brings up oh so many memories of my pregnancy, ei-yi-yiiii.....

I ate too much too quick today. It wasn't hard, I was hungry and I still have a hard time pacing myself. What an idiot. It feels like a lump in my throat and then stomach, followed by a foggy weird head feeling and some hiccups and burps but no vomit/sweat/I'm gonna die, type feelings.

I just push and push, ya know??!??!!?!?!?!!!!!!

Yah Ash, I feel ya on the nasty after pd (period). Every month. Seems right before and then after especially.
I actually chewed a bite of a egg mcmuffin w/ all intentions of spitting it out and some egg got down I guess...WOW did that HURT! Have you ever had food stuck in your esophagus and you couldn't get it all the way down??? It was a rough few minutes.

I am feeling like a real eating disorder freak when I insist on eating just to spit out. Man, sometimes I just gotta have a bite.
How are your plans for catering going w/ the curves crew? I know you just barely got back but I wondered how that was going for you; what about E and that business endeavor, and that old childhood house of yours? It was nice to hear your circle of girlfriends said you have some serious secrets to weight loss you need to share.

A lot of people have said, 'Man, how much weight have you lost- your face is so thin!' I am like, "oh, it's the darker hair do or the new cut'! Surely 10 pounds hasn't done that already.

OK tootsies. OFF to figure out if I am going to order invitations for Stela's bday online or not. I feel like such a slug ordering photo invites via web when I slave over other invites by hand. It just sucks I can't find the ice cream invite I want. A die-cut stacked ice cream (modern of course!) and I was going to cut a round pic of her and adhere it to the scoop w/ the info on the cone.

Can't figure it out. Martha Stewart has the cutest ideas I will be using some. Her theme is ice cream. We are making a bunch of homemade ice creams w/ all the toppings....it will be July 21st so HOT HOT HOTTT here in Iowa. Party is at 5 in the evening. Friends will stay after and kick it w/ us. Stela wont last that long....and that's ok.
Making mini foods. Baby sandwiches, mini pigs in a blanket and some easy sides, too hot to eat really. Let me know if you have other food ideas. Pete is of course helping.

Okay, so that was post number 666! How funny! Stels party sounds so cute! I like the mini sandies, I have done mini burgers before, mini meatloafs too, in muffin pans, that might be good for adults if you feel like it, but your right about being too hot to eat....anything except big a s s wedges of watermelon and beer :-D

So it wasn't so funny that the egg was going down rough, but I had a flash back of Osmosis Jones where Bill Murry's guy having a rough time with chicken, anyway, I laughed out loud.

It was a long day but it was nice..we got to OC around 3:30 and hung out with J..went to dinner (had a chick salad) and we walked around the irvine spectrum (an awesome place) great stores/restaurants. J went with us to the appt and we sat and talked then I drove her back to her car where we met.

I am sunburned so I feel tired..the sun does that to me. It was only 78 today so it's been nice.

J..be careful..I can imagine the feeling of stuff getting stuck. Stelas bday around the corner huh?..too cute.

oh looky, your next post is the big 666,lol. Oh jeez, if I would have been paying attn I surely would have chatted with ya. My mom go here just after I posted, it was a long drive for her since she left from work, which is 25 min more driving, but today she works her day up here, and then she is free to play for a week.

T, so glad your day went nice even if long. It is funny how the sun saps energy huh, it does to me too, I always feel like it's siesta time when it is really hot,lol. And chicken salad out, yum, why is it that salad with chicken is so much better at restaurants???

Or, so I am hoping. SO did I tell you girls on one of my days home last week Oprah had my BFF Sarah Jessica Parker on her show? She has a new line of clothing at Steve and Barry's (a 'campus' clothes chain store) called Bitten? Sizes are from zero to 22 and the line is ADORABLE. I mean, look at her, she wouldn't promote anything less than adorable. The clothes (everything including shoes and jackets) - NOTHING over $15. Seriously, are you kidding? They get the line in our store which is less than 1 mile from my house.

Exciting.

SO, the morning has been nutty. No crazy bites of food for me. Shake at home (6 oz), 1/2 small orange (sucked the juice an spit the rest) 1/2 yogurt. We have fajita bar for lunch. I wont be able to do much w/ that. Haven't attempted salad type foods but will get the black beans and a small piece of chicken....or not. We'll see.

Yes, for once I am super excited to weigh in tomorrow. Feeling good. Real good. So nice to say that and actually mean it.

A store is already open here in San Diego..there are like 10 stores here in CA none in Oregon and 3 in IA. I have to say I'm surprised none going up in OR.
