Hi T. I am here, earning my pay today....only one here for a bit, then more patients in the afternoon. Days like this I miss being off at 12noon on Weds.
Anyway, day 2 of behaving. Yesterday was good.
B: 1 sm coffee, 1 hb egg L: tuna 3oz. 1 tbsp mayo diet root beer S: (I was starving when I got home at 3) 2 scrambled eggs/fresh salsa D: steak and caesar salad D: 5 strawberries w/ whip cream. hot green tea w/ chai soy milk before bed.
TONS of water!!!! Went pretty well, could have really cheated, was starving, crabby but made it. Felt famished this morning!! B:1 coffee 1 hb egg L: field greens, fresh crabmeat (real) and low carb dressing. D: who knows.

Have to weigh on Friday at the CBS, have to be in the 260's or they will move my surgery date back....trying hard, the appt is at 4pm you know how hard that is, going all day and then weighing? UGH.
Anyway, good job w/ eats. I will try to get exercise in. Talk soon!

Peeking back in..nice to see you! Wow..I am so proud..great eats..super choices. That's my girl! I know..when you get hungry like that..it's sooo hard but you beat it..one step ahead.

I am afraid of Friday's weigh but I can't worry about that..just have to do my one day at a time..it's all that works. You can do it too J..you have it in you.

Hey you..I just got back from the bank..we were there forever opening a business acct. R asked if I'd like to go to lunch and I declined (was hard) and came home and made myself a grilled chicken salad.

Long day here...9-5:30...brutal... It's going good around here so far, but it's only been an hour. Not overly busy. Sorry about not checking in yesterday after lunch. I was alone here the rest of the day, then we had M&M while B/P went to a parenting thingy - so we went to the mall..you should see all the stuff we have for Mr. Fischer...so cute!!!
Anyway, sad to see Chris leave AI last night, but my sweetie Blake is still goin strong, he rocked the Bon Jovi thing, man I love his style...he is gonna sweep it all I just know it.

Good job turning down lunch out, T!!! I couldn't of done it. I weighed this morning, nervous about tomorrow's appt....I was 262. That is a very good thing w/ period coming any day now. Wearing a tighter pair of work capri's (scrubs) and a fitted black top....feel really weird and uncomfortable in it, but I don't have any plain t-shirts that I like in this size right now. I so cant wait to buy cute clothes....the best part of this journey...other than the red hot sex.... hallelujah

I just read your post..don't worry about it..you were busy it's ok..I'm sure Fischer has some serious duds to wear when he comes out I like blake too but think one of the girls is gonna take it. Hi. Just got back from HyVee, had salad bar, one plate caesar w/ all the toppings, grilled chicken/bacon/bleu cheese....yah, high cal but lower carb...also 5 berries...kept my eyes and mind off my favorite, APPLE PIE!!!
NO breakfast just a cup of coffee at home, came in at 9am so I had a couple hours w/ the girls at home. It was nice, I like that. Wont be too late here tonight, patients are early wrapping up by 5pm fingers crossed

Proud of you Lance, you know how good you feel after the bike. Do you ever swim laps in your pool??? So good for cal burn, works on tan too....what coud be better than that?
I meant what I said about my email....not just blowing smoke. Seriously.

How are you??? Weighed in at 261. Who knows what I will weigh in at come 4pm but it won't be 271 so that I am happy about. Ate well yesterday, after that salad I had steak and salsa, more water and that was it.
Today, hb egg and some chicken at lunch time til I see the CBS. Will letcha know how it goes.

I knew it was gonna be bad. Up 3 lbs was probably up 5 on Monday because of the beer. You know what makes me mad? I only ate once a day in vegas..and I only drank alot on Sat and lightly on Sun/Mon so that really sucks. Hey..I do however have some good news in this..the body fat went down another 1% was 50.5 when I started and now 43 so that put a big smile on my face

Good for you J..261 is good..much better. I hope everything goes well for you at 4 I look forward to hearing about your appt today.

Sorry about the upsie's but you'll get it back down...I have every faith in you my friend. As for the body fat - that really is the awesome part...HOLY MOSES COW, that's 7.5% SOLID, how great! That's what really matters, right? Not these piddly little water pounds I vuck around w/ every other week.... so yah, I will letcha know how it goes. A patient brought in homemade turkey and noodles and it's killing me not to eat it.

Well I got into CBS early...thank GAWD. I was dying for food man. I weighed in at 262 a 9 pound loss in 2 wks in their books. Awesome, they were happy. Met w/ Denise the diet natzi, she was pretty cool...the shakes I will have to take taste like ass but that's ok...wont be on those too long.

Your eats look great. Goin out tonight? Have a drink for me too.

Cinco De Mayo....big parties here this weekend, won't be doing much. Still waiting for period.

Having tostadas tonight, in honor of the holiday...lol...totally just made that up, they just sound good. Just like me trying to cheat the scale just enough. Sigh. Somethings never change. And then you get gastric bypass.

Good morning to YOU! How was last night? Good for us, excpet some friends were texting to go out after midnight down to the gay bars...which we haven't done in years...it's like, um, we have a family-calling after midnight, texting WHATEVER is a NO. Kate was like, I wish we could go sometimes, it's like...who's stopping you, it's not my scene...and besides, the gay bar at midnight is no place to be w/o your wife. PERIOD. I was one of those tramps back in the day and with someone as cute as Kate, it's not gonna happen. We do have total trust (though you can probably smell the insecurity through this post) it's those hoe's I don't trust.
SO, that got me all pissed off and lost an hr of sleep there, besides Stel is teething some more and very crabby at night, end's up in our bed...though she still really does prefer her crib...I just can't sleep well w/ her in our bed.

Morning is going ok...saw lotsa set-up for cinco parties tonight (on my way to work) - we are going to Kate's Mom's for that fight they are getting from pay-per-view La Hoya or whatever...yah, I'm thrilled....it should be fun though, might take a new bottle of wine out there...I am a BIG moscato de asti (SP?) fan, and a new one just came out....been wanting to try it.

I wrote this long post last night and when I went to click I lost it LOL I wanted to tell you about my day.

It's an unbelievably beautiful morning..it'll be 91 today and the sky is super blue and it's real windy..I just love the wind.

I've been pretty bad all weekend..not pigging out but eating bad food..period. We were at hermosa beach last night having some margaritas on the patio right by the water..so nice!

Well Margie is packing so we can spend some time with her before she goes. Her flight is at 12:30 so we only have 3 hrs left with her..sad

can't believe I didn't post after yesterday morning...I was so freakin busy the day slipped away. I can always tell when my period is coming--I get in that clean-like-nobody's-business mood. Yesterday it was the kitchen....I took the entire frig apart inside and scoured it to death, every cabinet is scrubbed, my table and chairs...amazing what gets on the legs of those things when you dont look down there...anyway, just trying to get the kitchen more prepared for next weekends shower since that's usually the hub of the gathering.

We went out to Londa's (where I got your text-HOW FUN?!???!?!) and watched that super cutie LOSE that fight to that idiot Mayweather dude. It's like baby steps, computer, real mail, text...someday the real phone call and then meeting...lol...too funny.
Sorry M is leaving today, would feel the same if my sister went away....very sad.
You'll see her next mo at the wedding or is that July?
How were your margarita's? I had a couple daquiri's that were delicious. I feel ya on the bad eats, at least this weekend for me, just eating what I want. I know better.

Jina I have been awful. Yesterday we went to have mexican for bfast..I wasn't too bad there..only had 2 soft tacos but we had some more margaritas by the pool and we ate pizza for dinner. On Saturday by the beach the margaritas were great..a little Patron silver goes a long way I ate what I wanted this weekend..I knew better too..no excuse and it's not even funny. I have alot to make up for. I put myself 2 weeks behind so I have to really make a difference this month.

So how are you doing? It seems you had a nice weekend too.
