Chicken salad sandwich. Delicious. Too much bread, but it was a wheaty blend so better than white...I love chicken salad!

Our friend Suzy that picks up our lab work is having a really hard time w/ life. She is the sweetest lady, really different, definitely marches to the beat of her own drummer. Anyway, she was saying this morning how she has nothing good in her life, she didn't get this dog training job she was so excited about and she actually starting crying. SO, we went to HyVee (where we eat salad for lunch) and bought her the cutest balloon, it's a huge dragonfly the cutout kind, and a cookie w/ a big smiley face in frosting. Hope she feels better. I forget sometimes how lucky I am for my situation, ya know? Family, friends, a job I like....striking good looks. LOLOLOL!
SO, she comes at 3pm I will let ya know if it brighten's her up.

Morning ladies! Got to curves this morning and then home to a small cheese omelette and a strawberry, yum!

I am game for chat tonight! I will keep the chicago trip on the top of my list and be checking airfare, yeah!

Beautiful sunny day today, we are going out for a walk and then to find E some pants, now that all of his are dripping off of him! 30 days to Mexico! My mom is officially going to meet us down there, and I am so excited!!

T, the picture is really nice and you can tell your weight was less there, lots to look forward to, yipee! Keep it up, great workouts!

Still haven't done the workout but I will. It's so beautiful outside I hate to be in the house but gotta get kids in 2 hrs and my lizard is outside sunning so I guess I'll hang for a few.

can you tell how bored I am today? SUCH A LONG DAY! I wont be hittin ya cuz I am in no mood to exercise. Just not in the mood. Dont foresee that changing. The only thing that would change that is if Ashley showed up at my door. I can see her in the leotard (the one w/ the g-string back) and aerobic shoes w/ a whistle..and a pony tail. OK, LET'S GO!!!

Since that entire scenerio is NEVER going to happen...I aint workin out.

Back from shopping, E got a nice pair of jeans, and kids weren't totally nuts in the store so that is always a plus! E has dropped about 27 pounds now, and is working really hard lately to get that last 5-10 off.

T, whack, there did that work? Haha, you've got plenty of time to get that extra workout in. No prob! I'll be watching for a teethy smile sometime, and at least take a full body pic for yourself, so when you get to goal you can look back.

E is my sweetie, when I first met him, he had the long Antonio Banderas hair, and he looked so much like him! He was steamy.....well, he still is, for me! J Lo, I know, what is she doing with him? He must be her Mr. Right, although I liked her and Affleck much better together. For him too, I think his new Jen in so awkward looking, I don't know what it is, she looks too manly, who knows? LOL.

Lunch was Turkey loaf on top of salad with cheese and sauteed peppers and onions, yum!

Wow..go E..I'd like to see a before and after of him. 27 lbs for a guy is alot..they are so damn lucky..hardly have any body fat to deal with.

Well I did 10 mins of fast walking on the mill then 15mins on the bike..that's all I could muster up. I feel tired, hungry and over this today

Hey! Not at all surprised E is doing so great, HELLO he has you there to motivate him. Great job. Glad the kids were well behaved...that is something Kate and I, actually we all insist on....they act up...it's a look---and they know what's next. Myles and Madi are the best behaved kids I have ever known (and I am not just sayin that!) manners and all. It's very important in our family.
T, I want to make it back on after 9 my time....getting ready to watch a movie here in a bit. Kate bought The Pursuit of Happyness. Have been DYING to watch it and I already cry over the previews...so cant wait. She is at Walmart now. Stela is still congested...yucky....hope she goes down easy tonight. I will peek in and look for ya's...probably like 9:30 or later.

Ok, that was me, rebecca and steph at work. we were a white trash wedding party for halloween. Those damn cookies at xmas time...the ones I told ya about...morning sickness all day...still hurts to look at them. Mike, Laura, Lindy, Peter and Rachel. Mike is the cutie in the hat on the left. Stela's donor. He works in DC now at capitol hill. DRUNK NIGHT!
Carrie, Steph T. Steph G. ME (WOW-gross pregnant, the worst skin time of my LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Bre. The last one is Bre Steph T. Rachel and Kate---right before her surgery. Actually that was her "farewell to food" party. LOL, how twisted.
What else is in the vault.... our wedding, kinda small...might not come through...need to get them ALL onto disc...you'll see the one of my sisters and mom too...

I ate a big dinner (taco salad w/black beans n salsa) then I had 2 corn tortillas. It's early enuf..may go for a little walk..we'll see.

Well I just left chat, I was there for 45 minutes, met some nice people.

Jina, I am half way through that movie, I am going to finish it tonight, fell asleep the other night and E finished without me, what else is new,lol.

Just before dinner I did a 20 minute run outside, it was so nice, I just had to take advantage, the kids rode their scooters.

T, good job at getting that other workout in! E will want to do Ab bootcamp tonight so I am sure I will be sweating a bunch tonight, again, haha.

So GG, is that a little nose ring I see you have going on?? Love it! I don't see it in any recent pics so maybe you did away with it already. I have always wanted one, but went with my tongue first. Ever thought about the cl*t? Don't think I could ever cause I'd be too shy and the pain, but I think it looks so cute! Your wedding looks like it was huge and so elegant! You, as always, look so beautiful! Another pic to show how far Kate has come, so WOW!!! And little Estela, what a munchkin! :-D

Sorry I missed you girls last night. That movie ended at 10:15 and I had already zzzzzz'd off...I am such a baby about my sleep. I demand 8 hours. Hope that changes someday. It's not like I am getting all these sleep filled hours these days anyway...Stela is STILL congested but Dr. S looked her over and said it's probably just sinus and keep w/ the Zyrtec. Ash are the kids all better? Was E feeling like a rockstar in his new pants? SO COOL!
Speaking of kids, T, I am so glad to see some fun bigger pics. Who cares how it happened, just keep em coming!
That nose ring...have had it for 3 yrs, I still have it but its very discrete...very, very small. I can't be having a crazy big ring in my job (not that I would anyway!)!! It's a fun thing. That, and 7 tiny tattoos....my wild side.

Well girls I don't know what to say..everything I posted for you since Monday has been the truth..you think a girl could lose ONE pound right? I haven't even had one sip of alcohol and I'm UP one lb! I am so discouraged that I don't even feel like beating myself up..I sat on the couch this morning and R said are you ok? All I could think of is having surgery..I have NEVER even considered it seriously until that moment on the couch. Thinking "this is why people do it."

Ok enough complaining. I will continue on. It will be a hard weekend but I'm so irritated about it that I'll probably be extra good but I'm not giving up my champagne by the pool!

Ok girls..it's gonna be an 80 degree beautiful weekend and I must make the best of it.

Hello my peeps!

T sorry you are up a pound, that is such a bummer when you really have been so good and getting in that exercise, crash maybe?? I hope you still have agreat weekend and don't let it get to ya. Hugs girl! It is just a fluke, tomarrow you'll look and it'll be gone.

Jina.....hmm...well, I would have done the same thing, eat whatever, cause soon food won't matter much anymore,lol. And for that I am so happy, you won't be chained to the scale, yeah!

I weighed in, 162.4, not sure how many pounds that is, don't remember where I was at last week,lol. Anyway, I am happy with that, and with crossed fingers I'll get to 160 next week, 3 weeks late but I'll get there. Then on to 140, I would love to get to 150 by the time we are leaving for Mexico, I think those 10 pounds will really affect my thighs.

Alright, gotta make breakfast now, we all slept in and I have a big headache, so off I go to take some tylenol. Talk to ya later, Ash
